I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Hermes and wanted to highlight the exceptional experience I had with Jonathan. I’ve been a shopper of Hermes for almost a decade, and ever since I began my journey at the grand opening of the Hermes Troy location, it’s been nothing but the BEST experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming, but Tricia is GOLD! She is above all, with her knowledge, passion, kindness, and dedication. My day brightens up after each and every appointment with her. She’s truly a classy, genuine person to know personally, and not only as a SA. I’m so grateful and lucky to have met Tricia and get to work with closely. She always keeps me in her thoughts, and tries her best to fulfill my wishlist. She truly values the relationships with her clients, making sure they have the best Hermes experience! Based on all my years and experiences shopping at Hermes, Tricia is the one to choose as your SA! ??

What can I say, I love Hermes Somerset.
It’s rare that I leave this store empty handed.
My SA Nua is the best! Every time I enter the store, his warm greeting and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a fantastic shopping experience.
He effortlessly guides me through various options. He patiently answers all my questions with clarity and expertise as well as tailor his recommendations perfectly to my needs. He pays attention to my style and is never pushy.
His professionalism and courtesy are always commendable. He maintains a perfect balance of friendliness and respect, making me feel valued as a client throughout the entire interaction.
My experience with Nua is always nothing short of exemplary. He offers the highest standards of client service, leaving a lasting impression of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. His dedication to his craft and to client satisfaction is truly refreshing.

This is the best and most friendly Hermes store I have even been to.
I am still in shock about how nice and helpful Simion and Bianca were and how wonderfully both of them treated us. I have been a client of Hermes in the US and in Europe for more than 20 years and have never been treated as nice as at this store.
I had a few items in mind that I wanted. Some of the items were not available at this store , but Bianca found them at other stores and shipped them to my home.
This was our first time at the store and we were treated ,as if we were long standing clients! Simion and Bianca were absolutely wonderful and super helpful!!
We had the best Hermes experience, ever!
We will definitely be returning customers!!
Super excited to have found this treasure!☺️☺️

I absolutely love going to this location and enjoy my experience every time I stop in. I have to say, everyone here is extremely kind. I’ve never had anyone be nothing less than amazing. Nua, my SA, is literally the sweetest person. He’s so friendly and makes every shopping experience for me very fun. Anything I’ve ever needed, if not available in store, he has it shipped asap. Thank you Nua for everything. I highly recommend people deal with this location specifically because I truly believe they will have the same experience I always have here.

Out of all the Hermes stores I've been to around the world, the Troy location has the best sales team ever! They make it so hard to have a specific sales associate because they are all so great. Naya and Simon are by far the best i've encountered, I am forever grateful for this type of customer service as it is unbeatable. The troy sales team is so welcoming I always have a great experience anytime I visit.

So far - hard to describe how frustrated I am w this location…
1. Went to get the summer shoes- found the ones that were ok- but they didn’t have my size , and needed to order online. Prior to completing my purchase, I needed a restroom- they don’t have one.
They told me to go somewhere to use in the store near Luis Vuitton.
When I returned- it was 6:02pm and still customers inside- the store manager refused to let me in to complete my order. I went and got shoes in Lois Vuitton.
On the second attempt to ordę shoes in the same location- shopping was supposed to be 5-7 business days.
No package, no tracking number, no email and no one is answering the phone for 4 days straight.

I’m super disappointed that I drove 2.5 hours to come shop for some Oran sandals as I didn’t know my size after 3 kids because my feet grew. I walked into the store dressed in sporty clothes, and didn’t receive so much as a hello. I went right back to the shoe section and was ignored for 10 minutes. I waited patiently to be helped and made eye contact with several employees as they helped others. I understand they were helping others but could have simply let me know that they would be right with me. If I need to dress to the 9’s to simply come buy a pair of sandals that’s just idiotic. Stop judging customers based on what they’re wearing. Your employees sat and helped a lady who was chatting it up probably hoping to get offered a purse, instead of another customer who was ready to make a quick purchase and leave. Next time I’ll come with my husband? Will that make it so you help me? Do you think I can’t pay for something because half of your customer base has their husbands or sugar daddies paying for their purchases? None the less I went to Dior and actually purchased more expensive sandals that I didn’t even come for. Let this be a lesson for your sales associates that they work there and are meant to serve customers to not stick their noses in the air to customers who are actually there to purchase things rather than walk in sweet talking your sales associates to get offered a Birkin or similar.

I’ve been shopping at this Hermès boutique with Naya and Balal and it’s been the best experience. They take the time to get to know you, your family and unique needs or preferences. They are both genuine people and I deeply appreciate the ongoing relationship.
