Dr Beebani was my mothers dr for over a year, she was never scheduled with him as the first dr she was scheduled with at behavioral health could not see her due to scheduling conflict so she was recommended to see Dr Beebani and we trusted he would be A good fit. At first he seems like a nice guy but unfortunately he turned on my mother, he disregarded all previous treatments from her other dr and insisted things needed to change, every new sleeping med or dosage she tried she felt side effects told him she had to stop and it didn’t work for her, eventually he accused her of having anxiety and making up these side effects as a way to not try new medication but that was not true. It’s very rude to accuse a patient of lying especially with something as sensitive as mental health, from august until January he decided to change her medication dosage as his reason was to help her Becuase of lab test results being slightly elevated, her endocrinologist said her labs were fine recently so Dr Beebani was wrong and just makes up his own reasons for changing meds, fyi he changed my moms dosage with out her permission. He never answered phone calls and the MyChart messages took days to respond and sometimes He completely ignored those messages. He’s a bad communicator especially for something as sensitive as mental health. He eventually gave up and no longer wanted my mother to be his patient, this came after my mom expressed concerns as well as her family of the medication dosage he forced her to take, she was having symptoms and he didn’t care he didn’t offer any other medications or treatment options. when she called to be moved to another provider at Henry ford he contacted that provider and told him not to take my mother as a patient, he had the audacity to do this as well as message my mom on MyChart and told her the new physician would agree with dr Beebani treatment plan, and he did and refused to see my mother. That dr was Jeffrey pawloski definitely another rude Dr at Henry ford! Unfortunately dr Beebani caused more problems than helped and he set my mom back, Luckily my mom found a new provider outside of Henry ford, At this point Henry ford needs to evaluate there providers better if this continues they will hurt more patients than help.

Pill pusher of a dr that does not listen to you or review your chart before hand to get a better understanding of past treatments. Put words in my mouth saying that I was depressed because he wouldn’t prescribe me Adderall (I never asked for adderall nor did I say it would fix my depression.) He would have known I wasn’t on Adderall had he even looked at my chart. He would not attempt to make any understanding of his mistake and instead tried to tell me I think all doctors are liars. I have actually liked all doctors I’ve come in contact with in the Henry Ford system. He has been the first that I genuinely did not have a good experience with. Do not see this doctor if you want to better your mental health. He’s a waste of time which I know is precious with how hard it can be to get into a psychiatrist these days.

Waited over 45mins w an appointment and then was seen for 15 mins. I’ve been coming here since being a child and it’s just gotten progressively and progressively slower/poorly managed.

I have visited this facility for labs, x-rays, and Dermatologist appointments. All experiences have been excellent. No excessive wait times and all providers pleasant and excellent bedside manner.

Went to Dr Juzych, a dermatologist here. She is absolutely horrible. Within a minute she said she could not do anything without looking at my skin or listening to me. She is rude and cuts you off when you talk. I don't know who I need to contact to complain directly about the care received.

It was horrible, doctor Jaffery only saw me for like 3 minutes, when I was talking about having symptoms of depression she just brushed it off when I had stated lose of interest, stress, mood swings, weight gain, sleep problems, etc. I wish doctors didn’t rushed our visit. It was my first time doing to the doctor and it was an awful experience.

Call if you want to spend 2/hrs per day of your life on the phone. My advice would be, if you can’t pay anyone enough to answer the phone after 6 hours then at least keep the background music without ads.

Not seeing sick children ? So what is the main point of being a doctor ? My son 2 years old has been coughing for couples months and just vomiting in the morning, call to schedule an appointment but they said they dont see sick children at the office, how do you know his heart rate, his breath if you do video call ? This is not a well check up. Understanding the whole covid situation but this is so wrong. So disappointed. Never come back !!!

I came here through the emergency room a little over a year ago, and come to find out I needed to stay and get surgery done turns out I had to get my appendix removed that’s the first surgery I’ve had in my life I’m (24). I was there for about 3 days and the staff was absolutely AMAZING. So I’m not sure how there’s so many bad reviews. Maybe wrong day wrong place ? But each day I was there, there were new nurses each time. All amazing. Treat people how you want to be treated. I hope the birthing center is just as special as I chose to come here for my birth

One of the nurses that served me in November 2019 was rude and racist. She stopped when I told her I was also a nurse. It's sad that I have to mention that to receive proper care. Every person will answer to God for what they did in this life.

Henry Ford Medical Center in Troy, Michigan is where I receive most of my medical care, I can't say enough about the excellent services that I have received. I never waited a long period of time to see my Doctor. Everyone there is so kind and very professional I'm treated with the upmost respect and dignity by all staff which includes Doctors, Receptionist, NA's, Nurses and Lab Tech.I have been going to this HFMC for 4 years now, and I see at least 2 physician there on a regular basis. My Primary care doctor is Dr. Chandarana who is one of the best doctors you could ever meet who goes over and beyond taking care of her patients. I would highly recommend Troy Henry Ford Medical Center to anyyone that's looking for good doctors. I have been a part of the Henry Ford Health System for over 35 years and I wouldn't trust my health with anyone else.

I had an appointment at family medicine the day before New Years. I got there a few minutes ahead, checked in, and waited in the waiting room for fewer than 5 minutes. I may have been in the exam room for fewer than 5 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Fano was excellent and took time to go through all of my symptoms and clearly explained potential next steps forward. Overall, this was a great experience!

Sat in the waiting room for the lab for over an hour! OVER AN HOUR! There were 5 people ahead of us! I sat and watched 2 elderly attendants shuffle back and forth at a snails pace! I've never seen people move so slow! My anxiety built and built until I was to the point of giving up and going somewhere else. The only thing that kept me from doing that was the thought of all the time wasted that I will never get back.
