Most of the stuff was very friendly and helpful. I came at 3pm to check in, but my room was not ready, which was ok. I waited patiently for it, but at about an hour latter I started to get frustrated. They assured me the room would be ready soon. When it was finally ready the manager said that the room was always ready (it wasn't) and said they were busy. When I said "check in was at 3pm, he said "yeah, it is 3:45pm, the room is ready". No apologies for the wait, or other accommodations. If I did not check out until 12:45pm I am sure that would have been a problem, so why would it not be a problem at 3:45pm to check in when I was there on time?

Our room was was dirty, the sink didn’t drain the carpet felt sticky. It was so hot in the pool area you almost couldn’t breathe. The breakfast are tables were wobbly. When we checked in we got a lecture about the app telling us to go straight to our room and how they don’t do it that way at this property.

Stayed with a friend's quite a few times. Great place and location. Promp service and answered calls. Only issues I've found are the refrigerator is located in a cupboard and gets overheated and doesn't breath to be able to function properly, under the shower shelves are mold and should definitely be cleaned more thoroughly, water that came out of the sink next to front door had some sort of substance like grey sludge hanging out of it (I removed screen from faucet and it was mostly plugged with sludge substance). I told my friend to let them know and she said she did. But I haven't seen the showers get cleaned under the shelving yet and I definitely won't use faucets for consumption.
Other than the few issues, this is definitely a nice place to stay at decent pricing as well.

Great staff, service and location. Only issue was the pool was closed for "maintenance" our entire stay. This was disappointing as one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel was due to my kids wanting to swim each day. Good breakfast and consistent Hampton amenities.

Stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it! The location cannot be beat as you are close to 1-75 and a bunch of restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. There is also a very nice mall, the Somerset Collection which is quick drive from the hotel.
The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were nice as well.

Stayed in August for 2 nights. First room we were assigned the toilet was broken and tv remote did not work. The solution was to move our room. This is after we had unpacked. The room was clean. The problem is the noise. The walls must be paper thin. We heard everyone passing by our door. We also heard all the doors slamming as they shut hard. In addition we heard shower doors slamming in other rooms. Vey noisy place. They also ran out of food and coffee at 9:30. Most likely will not stay here again.

As many Hilton properties this offers Digital Key so you can go directly to your room and use the phone to open it. With this one, I was surprised to find a card slot on the wall so the room lights do not come on without a physical key card. So I needed to trek all the way to the front desk where there were zero apologies but even suggestion that they did it on purpose. Next morning they checked me out "automatically" around 8am, and front desk person didn't do anything about it. Of course, cleaning people were banging at my door shortly after. So it is either this crew don't know how to use the technology they have, or they just don't care.

Stayed here during the week for a few days. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Everything was cleaned and organized. Location is great being right next to major highway as well as some good eats just next door. Pool was awesome with a nice outdoor patio area. Rooms are a nice size with everything you need. Will return.

We were supposed to stay for a week but will be cutting the trip short because of the lousy hotel! Bad body odor in room. Service was terrible. Supposed to service room every other day but didn’t happen because of the holiday so we requested clean towels. Never showed up so I had to go to the front desk late that night so we could shower. Service on room didn’t happen the day AFTER the holiday so we had to empty our own garbage cans! I wonder if they will get around to picking up the dirty towels off the floor before we check out…

Stayed in a suit so had more room, but was a little pricy. It was very clean & comfortable. Loved the pool & whirl pool that was also clean. Wish they would have stayed open til midnight though. Tasty breakfast that was free. Excellent employees who aimed to please.

Have stayed here before, this hotel is in a good location, is clean, and won't break the bank. Will be staying here this weekend. FYI, good restaurants nearby.

Hotel is in a good location close to food locations. The customer service was pretty poor. When we got our room. The cable for the tv didn’t work. It took about an hour to get resolved.
We checked out on a Saturday around 10am. I forgot to take a sweater from the closet. I called back the same day and no one was able to help with anything. The supervisor said he would check the cameras and with the house keeper. The following day I called again and they said sorry nothing we can do it’s lost, we can’t find it anywhere. We called management and we got passed around and no one would help. We got hung up on by Heather who was super rude being combative and not helpful at all. Finally I got a hold of the GM who wasn’t rude but wasn’t helpful. I understand I left it in the room but just poor customer service. I will not be staying here in the future. I would highly suggest finding somewhere else.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We truly enjoyed our star. From the staff being so friendly and welcoming to the breakfast being absolutely delicious ? .. Breakfast was very fulfilling and well stocked. The food was fresh and hot. Hotel staff was phenomenal and very helpful.Thr rooms were very clean and spacious. Shower pressure was Awesome!!! If we are ever in the area again, this will most definitely be a first choice.
