I spoke to the cashier, she looked me in my face and did not speak back. VERY RUDE! I asked the stock person if he knew where I could find the item on my list. He seemed to be agitated that I was talking to him. This was my FIRST & LAST time coming to this store.

Love, love, love! I would come here once in a while and everyone was always nice and helpful. Their ice creams and drinks are very good as well as they have Halal ramen.

Since my email to customer care didn’t get noticed I will leave a review here. Had an experience with this Mexican dudes that works as bagger and cashier. While me and wife were checking out along with my sibling and nephew we were speaking in our native language and this mexican dude started mocking us the way we talk. Is this how they were taught dealing with customers? Aren’t they aware that they are being employed by an Asian employers. We are asians too and has been a valued customers for years. I have Mexican friends but not as rude and ignorant as these employees at H mart. I am beyond pissed!

The cashiers are so unfriendly. Never a "Hi how are you? " always on their phones or even talking on their phone while checking me out.
Always check your receipt. They double charge since they are not paying attention to their work rather being in the phone.
The vegetables are bad condition ?.

I can't connect the phone at all...ㅠㅠ
I bought mochi ice cream, but the contents were all melted and almost all the liquid came out.
I called the exchange number about the same thing, but the call didn't connect at all.

I love the H Mart. First time going to one outside of PA. Love the selection, but the cashier was so rude. He told my daughter she had to go outside and wait alone because she was underage and I was buying alcohol. He shooed her away twice. She didn’t go, but still very rude.

Great place with a lot of Korean dish options. Not as many options with other Asian markets, but will definitely cover basic dishes if you’re looking to cook them or buy fruits from different countries.

Came in an hour before closing and they told me they closed the register and they were only taking cash essentialy forcing me to leave my items behind. I don't understand why they don't do that after closing like every other business. It was extremely inconvenient.

I love trying different foods and this place has so many different things you can try! The pink pineapple is so sweet & juicy! I love the Matcha Latte and how it comes with a straw already! The strawberry KitKats are a 10/10, truly sensational! The turtle chips are good as well.
