We have been using Grid4 for 3 years. However, we have had many issues with our phones going down without notice. We have contacted their support many times and always seem to get the same answer that it is our ISP or firewall or something else. We have been very unhappy and have switched to another service. Grid4 was not helpful in our switch.

I’m so disappointed with this company and service or lack of service. Technical support can barely assist. I’ve had an ongoing quick fix for 3 months now. NO ONE has attempted to correct it. Can’t wait for my full switch to AT&T!! I’ve been waiting since July on training and suppport…

I have been working with Bridget Orzech at Grid4 for almost 10 years and I could not be any happier with the support and service she provides myself and my company. I have worked with the Service department a lot also and I have always been treated great with anyone I have spoke with. Grid 4 has a wide variety of products that they offer and has very competitive pricing.

I have had to contact Grid4 Communications many times when needing assistance with our phone situations here at the office and have been very satisfied with the outcome. Always very helpful in finding the solution to the problem. Would recommend that call anytime......Margaret
