It is a great place; their app lets you check in from home and tells you in how much time they will be free to attend you.
Which is great.
Also, stylists are great, and professional.
I highly recommend great clips for haircuts.

I usually go to Great clips which is at Rochester and Hamlin. This time I went to this one and it is the worst experience I had in great clips. A lady may be , Rita (which was written on her desk certificate) was very rude and didn’t even bother to clean the floor or chair before the haircut and doesn’t even care to cut the hair properly. Worst behavior and haircut in all the great clips I tried. Will never go back to this unit again.

If you go here find some other stylish but not James.. i waited for him thinking he seems good....but he is not.. he knows only how to run a #2 clipper throughout.. he has no relation with styling.. spoilt both my sons and my haircut.. beware..

I brought pictures to give a basic idea of what I was hoping to achieve, but the person cut my hair so bluntly, made a cowlick much worse, and did whatever they wanted. I wanted a feminine, soft scissor cut but they took an electric trimmer and cut an uneven line a 1/2 inch above my natural hairline! It looked so unnatural and like they didn't even listen. I never expected perfection, but I did not expect to leave feeling like my happiness didn't matter.

Great haircut, great service. I've gotten lots of compliments on my haircut. Don't like how their lowest default suggested tip is 20%.Price: $20

I have started visiting this place during pandemic and continuing since then. James is an amazing stylist who is very courteous, prompt and engaging with interesting conversations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to try and see for themselves the kind of amazing service this location offers.
