nikki did a great job on my hair! i asked for a womens medium length haircut with lots of layers and it looks so good. after i styled it, it looked even better than the inspo pic i showed!!!

Nicole and Jess are the best!!! Lori was the lady that usually cut my hair but she moved outta state but they are really good at cutting hair get your cuts from Jess or Nicole they do it better !

Majda cut my hair and did a horrible job. She completely ignored my instructions and cut it way shorter than I asked. The cut was uneven and the front was especially crooked. On top of all of this, she scraped the same pimple on my forehead three times with a comb even after it started bleeding the first time. Extremely careless behavior and should never cut anyone’s hair again.

Worst ever Great Clips haircut I’ve had. The whole experience with the foreign, older lady who cut my hair was terrible. She literally made it too short and gave me bangs in the front. When I asked for the same haircut as last time, she kept changing it and saying, “This good instead,” in a foreign accent. I’m so disappointed and hope that upper management takes care of employees like this. I respectfully request some kind of compensation or an apology from the owner

My mom went here for the first & only time yesterday. 85 years old & just wanted a trim. Doesn’t remember the name but the woman didn’t listen when she told her in the beginning that it was too short. Stylist replied “it will look great on you”! Didn’t care what customer wanted. Said she just had a “weird” personality & was uncomfortable. Mom is extremely unhappy & hair is shortest it’s ever been. Avoid at all cost!

And I've been to 8 different Great Clips Locations in the Rochester, Rochester Hills, Troy and Auburn Hills area.
