Amazing experience! I haven’t had a vehicle in a collision shop in 10+ years. (Thank goodness!) but if I ever have to again this is where I’ll go. Excellent customer service, fantastic communication on the status of my vehicle and had it completed two days earlier than committed. On top of all that, it was so clean when I picked it up I’m pretty sure they detailed my Lincoln Corsair ❤️

Poor customer service, no concern for their customers. Their employees make promises to their customers with no intentions on following thru. I would not recommend this collision shop to anyone.Services: Painting

Phenomenal service by Bart and the team there. I went there to get a rear windshield wiper arm replaced that was damaged by a car wash. They even went the extra mile and repaired an unrelated scratch and washed the car. Top notch service. Would highly recommend them.

Used this service for AAA insurance claim, and they did a decent job with the work but the customer service was an issue. Charging almost 12 dollars for the privilege of using your credit card. I'm sorry but charging your customer for using a credit card for this type of service is a joke. That is just part of doing business and should not be charging a customer that kind of service fee for paying with a credit card. For that alone, they get two stars.Service: Body & Trim

A friend of mine recently advised me against using this collision shop because of the port customer service. For a pleasant experience, you should seek another body shop.

I took my vehicle there after I was rear ended and they exceeded my expectations in every way! The BS Manager Jack was friendly, efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. The BS Manager took care of every detail when it came to my insurance claim which brought a great deal of relief to me. My repairs were handled quickly and my car looks great! The painter Tony there did an excellent job w my paint repairs making my vehicle look like it was brand new off the lot. I could not be more pleased with Global Collision! This is actually the second time I have had my car at Global Collision. Let me start by saying I am very particular about my car and since it is not an easy color to try to match, I did not want to just bring it to anywhere. After the first visit I knew this was the only place I was bringing my car from now on. Jack and his team once again went above and beyond the entire time and the final product is flawless. Guys there did an outstanding job working with me going over every detail for how I wanted my car fixed after my accident. Also since my car is yellow and very hard to match they went through many steps to make it match and it looks amazing. Can't give enough credit to them, especially working with Jack, he made it very easy giving me updates along the way. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone I know to come here.

Top notch paint specialist who was able to successfully paint my 2014 Lexus IS 350 back bumper to perfection. In addition, painted the OEM lower portion of the bumper which is originally black to match my car color (gray). Price quote was lower than most of the competitors that I checked that promised the same service. In addition, to make sure that the front car bumper was flawless as well, removed and reinstalled to ensure that zero gaps were noticeable on the side of the car. Did not charge to complete the gap removals! Would highly recommended and will use again for my body repair needs..

I would like to let everyone know the great experience I had with Lincoln of Troy. My car was hit and I needed body shop repair. I first reached out to my favorite guy in service Michael Porath. He made sure I had a loaner for the 2 weeks my car would be in the body shop. He then introduced me to the body shop manager Jack Beaver. He made sure my car would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing. I picked up my car today like promised and it came out beautiful! Thanks guys!
