Shout to the short Indian/Arabic dude. I didn’t catch his name sadly. This guy went above and beyond finding me sizes and giving me alternative options to the shoes I was initially coming to buy. He got my sizes even though I was asking for many different sizes and he didn’t complain at all, he was always helpful patient and wanted me to walk out happy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE, honestly I would only come back to this store at this location for this dude otherwise I’ll shop online.Only part of the experience that was awful that made me want to not buy the white Air Force 1s and I was so close to leave them was because of the cashier. Just very rude, not helpful, no thank you or anything. That was a bummer.

Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes from Footlocker. Outstanding service from Mikhaal. He went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of shoes. The whole store was super friendly. Will come back in the future to buy shoes.

Nobody greets you, you wait forever for someone to help you. I had to approach someone when I went and honestly didn’t deserve to have their name written down when asked who helped you. They force it on you asking who helped

I ordered a pair of shoes and tried them on once in my room. Two days later, I tried to return them and was met with resistance from the saleswoman. She accused me of wearing the shoes because there were a few spots of dirt on them. However, I was able to easily wipe off the dirt with a wet cloth, which she could have done in the store. To make matters worse, there was a small tear on the heel area of the inside of the shoe that I didn't even notice until I tried to return them. The saleswoman refused to acknowledge the defect and refused my return. This experience left a terrible taste in my mouth, and I believe that customers should be able to return defective products without being hassled. Unfortunately, it seems that many stores will go to great lengths to avoid returns and boost their numbers. I cannot recommend this store to anyone and will not be shopping there again.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I can’t understand how there are four people working and three of them are behind the counter talking while one person struggles to find three pairs of shoes in my size.I had to let someone know I needed help. Not that I was ready but that I needed help.The young lady who ends up kind of helping asked me to pull a shoes down for her that I needed to see???? Where they do that at?And didn’t say thank you. Wow.Whoever worked around noon on 8/29…..aweful!!I came all the way to Troy for the most ghetto experience! Nice.

Made a purchase off eastbay and it wasn't quite to my liking when it arrived. Found out footlocker owns eastbay so went in and returned no problem. Good staff. Clean store.
