I applied here in July/August (sometime end of summer) and it’s December 28th and I’m JUST NOW getting an email that I wasn’t selected ?If you’re planning on applying here, keep applying elsewhere because apparently it takes MONTHS to hear ANY response ?! Good thing I found a job 5 months ago!(Or at least badger them with phone calls about your application maybe?)

I placed a $25,000+ order with one of my distributors and unfortunately they chose to use Fedex.First they delivered to the wrong location in a different city.Then after they picked it back up and I confirmed a new delivery date with them on two separate occasions, they "attempted" to deliver on the exact date that I said would NOT work. (They were again at a different location).Then on the date that was confirmed twice, they said that they had no trucks avaiable and that it would have to be the next day.It's been 4 days since their first screwup and still no delivery.

Absolutely incompetent delivery. They delivered my package to the wrong adress and then attempted delivery on the wrong date. They then did not attempt delivery on the date I requested twice. Do not ever use FedEx in southeast Michigan.

I was very impressed with the FedEx team here. Matt, who I believe was a dock worker seemed very knowledgeable and assisted me with locating my shipment. I look forward to seeing this young man's career excel within FedEx.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FOR YOUR BUSINESS OR IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!! Being a business owner, you need to have RELIABLE Shipping services in order to serve your customers. If you don't have product, you can not be of service!!! This company has "MISLOADED" My shipment (valued over 1.5K) that they happily charged over 200 to ship "PRIORITY",....Yet I WAS NOT A PRIORITY TO THEM,...(EVEN THOUGH THE APP, the TEXT MESSAGING UPDATES *charges applied to your phone carrier for* and on the pretty voice on the recording said I was) Every one being as dry and as a matter of fact,..its not my job attitude,...ESPECIALLY MATTHEW FedEx Freight (WRN Service Center/Troy, MI) Operations Supervisor/City Dispatch who didn't mind throwing USER ID Jem1219 Under the bus for sending my package on a vacation to DALLAS Texas BECAUSE COMMON SENSE TO CHECK LABELS WASN'T APART OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION,....MAYBE NOT EVEN A DRUG TEST,...theeeeeeeennnnnnn IN ORDER TO GET THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE THEY PROMISE,......YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND LOG IN WHILE WAITING FOR THEM TO BELIEVE THAT YOU SHOULD GET IT BACK.....BUT THEY HAVE 15 DAYS TO THINK ABOUT IT,...MAKE A DESCISION AND MAYBE,....YET ALL IN THE THE WHILE i AM OUT OF 1.5k IN PRODUCT,.....OVER 20 ANGRY CLIENTS....AND A LOSS OF OVER 8K,.......AND NOW I LOOK BAD BECAUSE OF THEIR RELIABILITY!!!!!
