I went there for a two way shipping of my documents. They said to me that go online and create a shipping label. I tried online but couldn't figure out how to do this by myself on their website. It was very confusing. So I basically went to an UPS to do it. Sorry FedEx, you lost a customer.

Had a really great experience here today! I was nervous about taking my passport photo and preparing the documents but the woman and man who helped me were efficient and professional, and the guy threw in a few jokes to put me at ease. Thankful for them!

They need to update the open hours since this is not opened 24/7. 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. Sunday is closed.

Complete joke and they try to scam money out of you anyway they can. Took my package with label there. He say the box was too big and wanted to charge me $4 to put bubble wrap as a filler. Literally walked out. Do better FedEx.

I shipped a package with irreplaceable collectibles to a business and it arrived with the contents stolen and the package empty. This is a reoccurring issue with FedEx ground. Their website is terrible, customer support nonexistent, and weeks to respond to claims.

Dropped off a package around 1pm on a weekday; no lines, the guy was SUPER friendly and made small talk. The whole thing was fast and easy.
