Office management is absolutely horrible. I never get a returned phone call and I have been asking them to send over my x-rays to another doctor for 2 months now, I signed the medical release forms, and they still have not sent the paperwork. I would not recommend this place, even if your dentist refers you, find another specialist!!

This was my first appointment with dr. Kaspo. It went okay. Overall I feel like they didn't listen to me and didn't explain how the treatment they offered me will help with my pain. They did prescribe me medication but prescribed me one I'm allergic to. Hopefully the new medication will be okay. Unfortunately I was told over the phone I'll have to wait until my next appointment in September to get my questions answered on the bite guard.So I feel like I spent a little over $500 to just be told to give it another two months and a mix up on medications.Hopefully in September I'll have a better experience.

My husband was suffering with sleep apnea and it was scary listening to him stop breathing at night. The sleep appliance that Jeff and his team made eliminated his sleep apnea and help both of us sleep well! Our insurance covered a good portion of the appliance and the office staff is so friendly and professional! I highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone who is suffering like my husband was!

Can’t say enough about Dr Haddad and the team. I suffer from severe sleep apnea and my snoring was not good for my home life. I tried the cpap machine and couldn’t do it . I’m a stomach sleeper and it just is not comfortable. The sleep appliance I received was just what I needed. Immediately stopped snoring the first night. Slept through the night without multiple wake ups. I feel energized in the morning and I can take the appliance with me everywhere. Thanks again to Dr Haddad, Christine and the whole team ! Changed my life

I definitely clinch my teeth when I sleep. I would wake up every morning with a headache radiating from my temples. Since I have been wearing the bite guard Dr. Haddad fitted me for, I wake up without a headache! It’s really been a game changer in my life. I really would recommend this appliance and Dr. Haddad and his team to anyone!

I came to Michigan Center for TMJ and Sleep Wellness over 2 years ago. I was dealing with a lot of the usual TMJ symptoms. My jaw was clicking, popping, was very stiff, and just felt awful everyday. It would cause headaches, neck pain, and a lot of discomfort. I felt like my jaw ran my life. I can now eat anything I want to, talk or laugh as much as I’d like, and can now enjoy the simple pleasure of kissing my wife again. They have great staff and I had a great experience all the way around. After 2+ years with the orthotic Dr. Haddad built for me my life almost seems back to normal now. My jaw is doing very well and my life is not ruled by my jaw any longer. Highly recommend Dr. Haddad and his staff to anyone experiencing TMJ symptoms and is looking for immediate relief.

Thanks so much to Dr. Haddad and his team. I was in constant pain for months, unable to eat much, I had limited ability to open my mouth to do things like yawn or eat a hotdog. I got constant neck pain and headaches as well as difficulty speaking once my jaw was locked. My dentist tried a bite guard and a deprogrammer with me but it wasn’t enough. They referred me to Dr. Haddad after those treatments had failed. I was skeptical but they assured me I’d get relief somehow. They gave me detailed treatment options. They accepted my care credit for payment so I chose the treatment option of a 24/7 orthotic. Here I am 8 months later able to yawn, go to my regular dentist and actually be able to keep my mouth open for them to clean, I’m pain free and I can eat as many Tim Horton Tim bits I want :)

I suffered with TMJ and terrible muscle pain in my neck and shoulders. Everyone pretty much says there’s no fix for TMJ besides a bite guard, which didn’t help me. After my treatment with Dr. Haddad, all of my TMJ symptoms were gone and I am now finishing up my orthodontic treatment with someone Dr. Haddad referred me to. I feel the best I’ve ever felt and even have a lot more energy than I used to. Dr. Haddad and his staff are excellent to work with and know what they are doing. You never know how much your entire body is affected by one small area. Thank you all so much!

I was referred to Dr Kaspo by my dentist for TMJ problems. The office manager, Laila, went above and beyond to help me get an out-of-network referral and authorization from my medical insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of how pleasant and easy to work with she is.
