Greatest experience I have ever had at ANY retail store!! Immediately upon walking in the store we were greeted by two joyful employees Kristy and Daniela. Daniela helped both me and my fiancé find exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond grabbing any/every size, color and style that we were looking for. Daniela also took the time to make sure we got every deal we possibly could. During the check out process Kristy did her due diligence to make sure we understood the return policy as well as the point system. Every retail store needs more employees like Daniela and Kristy. Way to go Fabletics for your customers service at your Troy Michigan location!

I bought over $200 worth of clothes from this store. I was not greeted and the only help I got was when I asked for the fitting room. I needed to get a larger size and no one checked in on me. The staff were busy talking amongst each other. Also the store was not busy at all, considering I had a handful of clothes no one helped.

Great store and fitting rooms… but the best thing about this store is Jessica!! She is the best! Makes the client feel welcomed and will go above and beyond for the customer in order to make them happy.

Went in the store and never got greeted or offered assistance. I was the only person in there and the three employees were just standing around talking to each other. Completely unacceptable considering I was the only person in there and I’m 6’5 so I’m pretty hard to miss.

Had a great experience shopping the grand opening! I’m so happy something that was sold out online was available in store. All of the staff was friendly and seemed happy to be there. The fitting rooms are high tech with touch screens in and outside of the door. You can request another size that way or see product info. I liked that everyone was really on it and eager to help, but not pushy ?Would recommend stopping in. Not sure if the bags were just for the opening but it’s cute and useful. Get the membership, you do save that way and you can pause at anytime. Didn’t want to when I first purchased online, but if you do it right you just save.

Fabletics will lure you in with a great introductory offer. The clothes are good quality. Unfortunately, the business practices are shady and unethical. You will not got a reminder email about skipping a month or being build $50 for a “membership credit “. They will hide the Skip this Month button behind a maze of menus. Most of the merchandise can be purchased for less than $50 so you could end up overpaying. There is a surprise “import tax” on all purchases. If you cancel, you forfeit any unused credit. It’s a shame the company is so unethical because the products are nice, buyer beware!
