Been coming to this store for years and that will come to an end. Bought dress shirts that didn’t fit and tried to return after 35 days, nope. Ok, how about exchange? Nope. This new policy is absolutely terrible and out of step with retail standard practices. Manager is totally rude and looks like she hates customers and her life. No thanks.

I was hoping to buy the last medium of a shirt but it had a large makeup stain. I asked the sales associate if I could still purchase it but with a discount. She called her manager over who took the shirt away and looked at me rudely…then claimed I wasn’t allowed to purchase the shirt with the stain and walked away with a really negative attitude. I felt disrespected and was upset that I couldn’t purchase the shirt.

We had to deal with the worst manager there. Dyea has no means of customer service etiquette, she doesnt know her store policy and she kept changing her words. All for a return that was under the 30 days.
She needs more training on customer service and definitely store policy or this store needs a new & better manager.

Up until today, I had positive experiences at this location, especially when the ladies seem to be working - they're helpful with coordinating colors and price matching, and just general assistance. Sadly, my experience today has ruined any prior positive experiences.When I came in to return some items today, there was no one in line, the tall bald man at the register was playing on his phone and seemed bothered by me coming in to do a transaction. He told me I can't return my items because I'm literally ONE DAY past the deadline. So no store credit, not even an exchange???? Nope, nothing but rudeness and lacking empathy. Clearly, this new return policy is horrible since a lot of people are upset and giving stores bad reviews, but that doesn't change the lack of customers service. However, I asked to speak to the manager to see if there's a way an exception could be made due to extenuating circumstances and he said "I am the manager, there's no exceptions, this is the policy." This man has ZERO customer service skills and shouldn't be a manager given he showed zero empathy or care. Looks like I'm canceling my Express card and never shopping at Express again because I cannot tolerate rude, disrespectful people and a horrible return policy. Literally, the items aren't worn, tags still attached, and yet I can't even get a store credit after 30 days? Can someone enlighten me what planet this makes sense on?

Bought 4 pairs of jeans, took them home and removed the tags to wash. Realized 2 of the jeans were the same so I put all the tags with 1 of them and the receipt in the original bag to return the next day. The store would not accept the return or even exchange them because the tags were removed - even though I had the tags and receipt and they were never worn or washed. How can I USE makeup and return that used makeup to Sephora or Ulta (even though they can't resell it) yet I can't return or exchange unused jeans? Like Express couldn't put the tag back on and sell at full price. What an embarrassing and stupid return policy! Because of that, I returned a new item that I purchased online just for principal of not wanting to support a company that doesn't support it's customers in return.

I was there today and had the best service from the manager , Armando. He was warm , helpful and very knowledgeable about the product line. Help me out in a purchase and ordering online because they don’t have the size I was looking for. Customer service was superb. Everyone should treat their customersCustomers this way. I will surely be back because of the service he and his staff showed me. A+++

H&M quality at Nordstrom prices. Don't waste your money.Or time... over a dozen employees spotted in the store on 11/5, and only one could be bothered to use a register and ring up customers. Long wait due poor management.

Visited this location on 10/1/22. I absolutely love Express, but the dressing room attendants made it very awkward to try on clothing. When exiting the dressing room, the attendant was sitting on the floor, tucked away in a closet like area, and pointed to the rack to place unwanted garments at. Very unprofessional.

Should really update the business hours. I just came because it says they open at 11. To my surprise (not so surprised at the unprofessionalism however), they open at 12pm.
