Our 2019 Fusion was rear ended and Showcase collision was so easy to work with. They explained everything well and were so helpful- they even pre-painted the new part to minimize the amount of time I would be without a car. The fix was done quick and looks great!

I was in an accident at the end of October and was convinced my 2010 Ford Edge was going to be totaled. I had my car towed to Showcase and from the beginning Mark was friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful, and beyond patient during the nonsense I was dealing with coming from my insurance company. They were able to repair my car perfectly and I am so happy I chose this shop- they even gave me a good laugh by taping a Michigan “M” over my Spartan trailer hitch cover when I picked my car up. Highly recommend!

Wish I could give this joke of a place 0 stars! I have insurance through my lease and called to see what places accept this insurance, they gave me 3 closest to me and I ended up here. All I needed was a windshield replaced because it was cracked and before it got too cold I wanted it fixed. Called and they said i had to bring it in for them to see. Ok, fine, scheduled the appointment for a Tuesday morning and was told 3-4 hours. This is my only vehicle so perfect, I work at 5pm so leaving me plenty of time to pick up and continue about my day. Then after the quote they said the had to charge me to put the camera back on and for the rain protection so a whopping 220$ just for that. At this point I'm like ok it's on there so it should be included because it's how the manufacturer made the car so why wouldn't that standard in replacing it be extra. Ok. Whatever, I should've left then but it gets way worse, closing in on around 3pm I still haven't heard anything and I call them, the receptionist said she didn't know and will call me back, we'll an hour later I finally get a call saying it's not done, after a 9am drop off. They say that the camera that they were charging me to get put back on couldn't be put on because one guy that does it had not shown up. And I'm just now getting a call? Ridiculous, so now I have to Uber to and from work. Can't take my kids to school or pick them up the next day either. That alone was awful. Now the next day, I call again, still no communication and here we are 3pm again and this "guy" still hasn't shown up! Like ok how is any of this my problem? And how are you fixing this? We'll the solution that was offered was to take it somewhere else for an additional 150$! The next morning! Are you kidding? Then magically this guy shows up while I'm on the phone furious that a 3 hour job is 3 days! Then they call and say it's ready well at 5 o'clock now I'm again at work. So I go to pick it up the next day and they tried to charge me 370$! I'm like no, I have the quote and I did not agree to that, they say well if you want your car that's what it is! Tried to say the "guy" can change his price whenever he wants, well he can but you can't charge me without notifying me. I paid them to get my car because I was alone, but no regard to how I was treated and taken advantage of and unapologetic to all the inconvenience it caused. Don't deal the shitty scum they have as customer service from this place, and there was no corporate number to call.

On behalf of my moms recent visit: Thanks to the wonderful staff at showcase, Jeff, kathy, and Andrew, and everyone in the back shop I was able to get my car taken care of and they were not only helpful, but they did a beautiful job. They were able to handle all the dealings with insurance which helped considerably, and made sure I was comfortable with zero questions before I left. Would recommend to friends and family, and have nothing negative to say at all. 10/10, Thanks again for all the help! Mary P

On Nov 30, 2018, I took my car to Showcase for them to review the claim and order parts. I was hoping they could begin the work on Dec 3 but was told they couldn't begin work until Dec 10. I dropped the car off early that morning and told them I had hoped it would take less than 5 business days as I did not have car rental and it was 2 weeks before Christmas. I took a week off work and adjusted my Christmas shopping schedule. One of the guys mentioned he could get me an Enterprise rental for $30 a day because of a special arrangement !! I am well aware of car rental facilities and declined. On Friday Dec 15, I called in the morning to find out what time I could pick up my car. I was immediately told that it looked like it wouldn't be ready that day. He was rude and very unprofessional. Since we had agreed on 5 days, I should not have had to call for a pick up time and if there was a problem, they should have giving me the courtesy of letting me know before the morning of pick up day, It was obvious that they are very unorganized and no clue where they are in the progress of a vehicle. He could tell I was furious and started to back track and said he would see what he could do and let me know on an hour by hour basis. That in and of itself bothered me because it seemed like they were going to scramble and just throw the car together. I told him I did not want a rushed job and I would pick it up the following week. I got a rude call at 5pm on friday telling me the car was ready to pick up. I did not expect this and did not have transportation until Saturday morning. When I picked the car up on Saturday, there was grease all over the headliner, arm rest and the bumper did not look like it was seated properly. There was nobody there to do any work so I brought the car home. In the 20 minute ride home, the bumper came off. This is exactly what I was worried about happening since they threw my car together at the last minute. While I was waiting for my car on Saturday morning, I noticed a framed sign stating they offer a complimentary car rental based on dollar amount of repair. According to the sign, my $3000 made me eligible for 6 DAYS OF FREE RENTAL AND THEY NEVER MENTIONED IT - actually offered to secure one for $30 a day through Enterprise. I would not have wasted one week of vacation or lost one week of time before Christmas. These liars didn't want to spend any money on getting me a car rental even though that is there policy. I guess they just figured I was a dumb woman !!! It took two trips back to get the car repaired - on one wasted trip there were three office people all staring blankly at me as telling me the owner wasn't in when I had just emailed him letting him know I was coming over Just more game playing and so unprofessional. Because the car was not fixed and the bumper was hanging off, I had to rent a car to drive to Washington DC as I was afraid further damage would occur and they would not stand behind it. One of the office people told me to send in the receipt and he would see if he could get that money refunded. I sent it twice and BOTH time I was ignored. This place cost me one week of vacation, a lot of aggravation and $140 in a car rental because my bumper was falling off and did not think I should take it on a long trip. They were paid $3000 for terrible workmanship and even worse customer service. They could not be more rude - more arrogant and more incompetent and I got to pay $3000 for this. I found out afterwards that they also billed my insurance for additional money and it was not on the final invoice I was given when I picked up the car. They also seem to have a rather cozy relationship with the adjuster which seemed a little odd to me. There are too many collision shops in the Metro Detroit area and if you want to save yourself an awful lot of aggravation you will go elsewhere !!! This is the last place anyone should go !!! TERRIBLE PLACE !!!!!!!!

Horrible! Took my car for repairs here and they didn't repair it correctly so now I have to take it to another shop. They also broke a seatbelt then accused me of breaking it instead, so if you go here take pictures of your car before. Good luck getting ahold of them, the phone always goes straight to voicemail and no one ever calls you back. Don't go!
