Beware!!! Worst customer service in the shoes dept. Some sales ladies there hate returning with terrible attitude and the shoes management not professional at all! They will try their best to not to return any designer shoes! They will accuse you of wearing them when you order them online and they have never been worn! I would give them 0 if I could. Very disappointed with Neimans when I spend thousands of dollars there and been a long time customer. Do these shoes look like they've been worn?? The imperfections on the heel were like that from trying the shoes on!!

I used be a customer at Neiman Marcus back in the day where there were actually personal shoppers who were so helpful and professional-that is why I was willing to pay higher prices -I walked through this store today and there was no one around to ask if needed anything -I was on the third (designer) floor and was looking to find a dressing room -I found one sales lady who looked at me and said tersely "I am with a customer now". -I will never shop at this NM again -I heard they are in negotiations with Saks to be bought out and I hope they are -

Truly has taken a decline used to be a great store clean respectful people I don't know what happened but now it's terrible and man did it get dirty hallways to restrooms are dirty the restrooms are horrible piss everywhere stunk like piss like Oakland mall you would think an anchor store would be better but I guess it falls like all the others

Neiman Marcus Troy is worst retail store that you can choose to shop. It's like a ghost town , there is no one ever there to help . If you see any employees they usually seating on the chair , ignoring you because they are busy talking with couple coworkers . Couple times I got some makeup and skincare from Lancome and Giorgio Armani and guess what when I came home I opened the box and the product looked old . When I checked the expiration dates it was expired 3 years ago . I realised why Neiman Marcus has products in stock when no one has it , it's because they don't have clients coming in their store to buy it and they keep it in the counters for years . If you go back with old product their managers were so rude and they will tell you they can't return it and it's my fault not checking expiration date . Make yourself a favor and don't go in this store .

Will never shop here again. DO NOT EVER SHOP FROM ALI. I went in to do an exchange and for some reason he had to do an exchange and put the money on a gift card to reorder. Long story short over a month later my order never came in that I paid for. When I called the store they told me it's because the item is out of stock and ALI should have notified me. They took my money and I never received a product or communication. Ali is super sketchy and there was no reason for the exchange to be put on a gift card and then reordered. Shame on Neimans to steal people's money and not provide a product. Ali is super sketchy do not trust him.

I came here for makeup. I was color matched to a shade that was too muddy for my skin tone which I discovered when I got home. I was only offered two choices and so when I went to return the foundation, mysteriously, there's another shade the sales associate offered me that is my correct shade. However, NM doesn't offer returns on foundation even if you are color matched incorrectly. Also, everyone knows the lighting is weird in malls and department stores. Needless to say, NM is kind enough (sarcasm) to offer an exception to their own rules and shortcoming and offers an exchange. Of course, upon my now THIRD trip, they do not even have the shade that matches me in stock to ship or buy in store. So yet again, I'm going home with a shade that doesn't match because the manager Sara has stipulated that I can only exchange the product for the correct shade. Yes, the shade that's not even in stock. I am beyond frustrated. If it wasn't for the mimosa I just enjoyed I'd say more. However, I fully understand why NM is depreciating as a company and the store always seems very empty. They only care about the sell not the client. I even asked for a gift card instead of taking the wrong color home again. I was told no. Lol. There needs to be a serious revision of policies here and also a revamp in managerial coaching. What a mess! At least the bartenders are enjoyable and the drinks are nice. Update as of 12/9/2022: They (Sara & Luma) offered me a refund today solely because of this review. That would make it my FOURTH time going back to the store for what could have been rectified on the FIRST visit to return the item when I asked for an exception because I did not know beauty was included in their return policy as it is not stipulated. I will be writing to the GM, closing my NM credit card, and no longer patronizing Neiman Marcus. This was the last straw for me.

So today I did curbside pick up. I called in letting them know I was there for pick up (there was a car in front of me that was waiting as well). The woman comes out hand the person their items and walks back in. Now it's my turn.. the lady is having a hard time finding my item and when she finally finds it and says she's coming down. The women gets to my car I roll the window down she immediately starts looking all in my car and then after giving me my items she says she has to take down my license for the order. I had my kids w/ me so I wasn't about to go there w/ her but I'm black and you do that? But you didn't write down the white person license who was in front of me??? I spend my hard earned money just like everyone else, so for her to do that is crazy! So tired of it!

Worst customer experience ever I got a birthday gift never worn with tags on them and trying to return them or an exchange. I am going to shop with them store credit and they are giving us the hardest time not trying to exchange or help us worst customer experience ever!!!
