We were LIED to through the entire process. Six months later we are in process of refinance thru a VA program to lower the rate and payment and have been lied to again about all of it. Don’t trust a word they say.

Briana was my contact. Mark the finance guy. I lost money I had to pay 606$ for the appraisal the documents generated showed appraisal cost at 545$ not sure why. I was trying to refinance and I thought the process was going well. One day out of the blue I got a letter stating out of the previous cash out stated I would instead get a fifth of what I applied for. Devastating...on top of that I was I was later not approved. I was advised not to make a payment on my mortgage at some point. Devastating to say the least... All plans dashed ...a terrible experience it n all. So sad. No refund nothing.

Continuous spam phone calls, very sleazy. The girl on the phone said "we don't have a way to take you off the list."Update: I called their office and they've promised to take me off their call list. But the bottom line is, while it may be legal, it's lying to spoof local phone numbers and hide your caller ID. It's also harassment to use an autodialer that calls repeatedly from different numbers until you answer. Anyone running a business who does those things should not be trusted because ultimately they're willing to be dishonest and to harass people to make money.

Absolutely worst company ever! They have scammed and coerced thousands and thousands of homeowners into crazy amounts of closing costs with no benefit to them whatsoever setting their futures up for disaster! Plz do not work with this company as they are a straight scamI have fallen victim to their cruel ways and the owners of this company are scamming every person they get in touch with, please beware!

I have always found refinancing a home to be very stressful, but with Ali Dahoui and Derek Shounia were awesome. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Ali Dahoui was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly, he is a very courteous and caring person.
