Emergency Restoration sent a representative out within a few hours of us calling on a Sunday when our home flooded! They were professional, quick, and friendly. Our home was good as new way faster than we would have ever thought possible. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Emergency Services in June for property restoration for a property in Clarkston, MI & was pleased with their work. They came to the site right away & were very responsive during our after hours. Communication between our techs to management was quick & they were very professional.

Would NOT recommend this company. They just forgot about my house, and 9.5 months later of me trying to get the project moving forward, (meanwhile, living in chaos the whole time with a 2-3 yr old and having literal sharp metal taks sticking up from the kitchen floor all over and missing half my cupboards, living out of boxes, 90% of my counter is only being supported with a couple 2x4s, my whole house has been in disarray since they came in and tore half of it out, 9mths ago....) I messaged the owner to express concern that nothing has happened and I would like a new project manager or somebody else to take over the project since my current people are not doing anything And nothing has been done since the mitigation. i've been super patient and understanding of circumstances but common its been soooo long! He says he will call me. Never did. So I wait a while and then I decide to text the owner (it was a freaking nice text! but I did express some disappointment with how his company was handling our claim) to let him know we are just going to go in a different direction with a new company, and his response wasnt an apologetic text, or a call to apologize for the way his company handled my claim. No, he decided it was time to send me some $400 bill, a year later! soooo, one year later, my house is still half done. crappy experience and would never recommend this company! Very disappointed

As a woman it is hard to know who to trust when hiring contractors. I had a family members filthy house that needed to be remediated. They made me feel comfortable, they were professional, polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. They made to whole experience so easy. I have recommended them already to friends.

After contacting several companies, I found that Joey from Emergency was the most professional, he went into detail with me regarding my insurance coverage and how the process went.. Being from Arizona, this is my first basement backup... if I didn't go to work, my coworkers were all talking about theirs backed up.. I would of never of thought to check my basement for back up... Emergency came out within the hour.. Tim directed his guys with ease and had my basement dried in 3 days.., at this point there was nothing on the floors and the walls had been removed 2 feet up.. Joey then called me to go over putting everything back to normal.. we did have some bumps with my adjuster, but all in all the process was done with in a month.. I wish I could show the before after photos.. GREAT JOB EMERGENCY RESTORATION!!!!!

ER responded quickly and dealt with my insurance company from beginning to end, my house was back to normal in no time! I recommend ER for all of emergency needs.

Amazing company. They responded immediately. Came out to check on my bathroom leak that came down into my kitchen. Cleaned everything and had to redo the entire bathroom and flooring on the main level. My project manager helped me all the way through.Everything turned out amazingly. Would highly recommend.

Made a terrible situation (tenant vandalism) into a positive one (restored)- All parties I worked with at ER were very responsive- ER worked directly with my insurance and provided all necessary information making the process easy on me- ER coordinated and handled my inspection- ER ordered and installed exactly what i choose- Ultimately made it possible for me to accept an offer on my house within a few days of putting it on the market

I have called this company 2 times over the last two years. The first time was in June 2021 when Grosse Pointe was flooded. Emergency Restoration showed up with its equipment and crews. They immediately started emptying the basement and cleaned up a big, flooded mess. Within 2 days, the big parts of the job were done preventing far greater damage. They left their dry-out gear in place until everything was bone dry.Emergency Response just came out again this week to respond to a rodent problem with our crawl space. This was the only company to give a viable solution to the problem. Pest control companies just threw up their hands and said there was nothing to be done. Their crew worked neatly and efficiently finishing up the project in one day.The company owner or his manager touched base with us to make sure things worked out on both jobs.My neighbors have hired them, and they also had good things to report. Notice there's no recent reviews? Here's mine. I hired this company for a house flood. Completely unresponsive for the remediation, at one point my "specialist" (unnaned so they don't take this down like the rest) yelled at me for calling him while he was "in Florida with his wife" while I was homeless in Michigan in February. After delays upon delays, I foolishly tried to use them for the rebuild. They did one day of work and I had to end it. Insurance paid for plywood subfloors and they installed fiber board (unsuitable for subfloors). They also primed over picture hooks in the wall and couldn't properly install drywall (pictured), totally careless. The house still smells from the subpar remediation 2 years later. This company preys on vulnerable people and profits immensely from insurance claims. Absolutely avoid this company. I can't fathom treating a customer the way I was treated.
