We went here for a last minute Valentine's Day Getaway. It is, as is every Hilton we've visited this far, very comfortable with great amenities! This one is surely more for business people, but was a wonderful place for more casual visitors such as ourselves. The breakfast was the BEST I've ever had at any hotel we've ever stayed at! Fresh delicious options and there's even a made to order station! Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was great. After spending years going to sub par hotels and motels with few exceptions, we are now officially Hilton people! Highly recommend. 6 Stars! ?Rooms: Clean, spacious, with everything you could possibly want or need.Food & drinks: Breakfast was the best Hotel / Motel breakfast I've ever had. Bar none.

I Love this Hotel the breakfast and the evening reception keep us coming back. Emily at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and always happy and smiling she made my kids and I stay extra special. The two room suite is wonderful for families. It’s like a home away from home ❤️

We stayed here with a great price and not to far from Little Caesars area. Well lit parking, very safe location. Amazing breakfast area with great food and service.

Currently staying here...traveling with my family from Florida. I called ahead to make sure the pool was up and running as I'm traveling with two kids. We arrived yesterday evening (Sunday) and the kids enjoyed the pool for a couple hours. After breakfast this morning, we tried to take the kids down to the pool and was told it was being treated and would be ready by 1:00 pm. I left to see family in town. My husband said he walked the kids down every 30 mins to see if the pool was ready. The kids were upset and crying because it was still not ready. When I returned, my kids still weren't able to get in the pool. It is now almost 6 pm. We check out tomorrow.There were two young ladies at the front desk, Monique and Trisha. I asked for a late check-out, since the kids hadn't been able to use the pool all day. I was told that I could check out at 12, which is the actual check out time. I proceeded to ask if I could at least check out at 1 and was told no by Monique. She said 12 was the time because tomorrow (Tuesday) they would be full. Yeah, right. The parking lot is empty today.Trisha was nice enough to say 12:30. Monique reluctantly agreed with 12:30. Thirty minutes! After my kids have not been able to swim all day. Wow. No one tried to offer some free points or anything or even a later checkout time. I'm extremely disappointed in Hilton. This is not the level of service that I'm used to!

Very nice hotel. Amazing breakfast, comfortable spacious rooms. Only complaints are the toilet paper is cheap and scratchy and the road noise from the interstate is loud.

I didn't get the room I initially booked and the first room was dirty so I had to switch rooms. Still not as clean as I preferred but it was ok. The breakfast was very good. To compensate for issues I had they added 15000 points to my Hilton honors accountNearby activities: Great lakes crossing mall

This has to be so far the best hotel I have stayed in. The customer service was amazing. The rooms were great. The atmosphere and design of the hotel was comfortable and amazing. I love the car portraits throughout the hotel. And the breakfast omelette maker "Ray" can make one fantastic omelette. Can't wait to go
