Bunch of SCAMMERS. Before putting down payment on ring we specifically asked if they can cut into the ring to get it to fit to size. They said yes, we put down payment on it. My fiancé made a partial payment on their own in store. On last day we went in together to pay off and pick up. As fiancé is making final payment I had to ask to take ring out of envelope to try it on and make sure it fit. Turns out the ring they tried to sell my fiancé was one that came nowhere to even fitting on my finger. There weren't even any signs of the ring being cut into. They had the gall to say they thought the ring was for my partner instead. They then switched up their tune saying they were only able to "place" an order for my ring size after full payment was made. As they updated payment status on their receipt, there was clear writing on their end indicating what size we requested was and how the one they tried to sell fiancé came nowhere close to was written. Now we are waiting the for the next week to see if they can deliver on the promise of ordering the '5.1/4' size ring we originally requested. Will update stars from 1 if they somehow manage to deliver on their word.
Just want to also warn any other potential customers that they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, only give out store credit.
Edit: Fiancé picked up ring a week later. Got into a debate over the size before they finally offered a ring the was correct. Turns out it's a different metal than what we ordered. Had us paid for a serinuim ring to sale him a titanium one in the end. Paid $371 for a scam off ring. Every encounter was a debate. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless you want to be scammed the hell out of. Would rate 0 if it was possible.

Just go to Hutches Jewelry store! Elias Diamonds are UNTRUSTWORTHY SCAMMERS!Terrible jewelry store. They are very dishonest and will try to hustle you and lie to give themselves a better deal and more profit. Typical greedy jewelry store. Do research before shopping for jewelry or they will take advantage of you! I traded in an old chain and some old earrings and they still charged me pretty much full price for the exchanged product and tried to act like they were giving me a deal, the traded in chain kept breaking after bringing it to them for repairs that had originally been a gift and the earrings were all broken or missing part of the set, so I couldn’t really wear it anyway. You’re better off buying from a reputable online dealer. This jewelry store just orders jewelry and then resells it for profit, so you can probably find whatever they have online. They also started to speak their foreign language to each other after the sale thinking I didn’t understand them saying they took advantage of me. I personally wont be shopping here anymore and suggest you don’t either!

If I could give no stars I would!!! Ordered a special charm with my future child initials and it’s less than half an inch. Their response was to do NOTHING to fix it!!! Avoid if you can!!!!

I cannot stress this enough - BEST jeweler around! I've been to the more expensive places and found them lacking.I have bought my wife's engagement ring/wedding band from here, THEN a few tears later upgraded it, and now adding another CUSTOM band. These guys are the best and even "worked with me" to sneak me my wife's new band while she was in there trying to upgrade mine. Can't lose with these folks.

I was treated very nicely! customer service was great! they gave me a quick reasonable estimate as to when my bracelet would be ready and I complimented the jeweler as I was very pleased with his professional service. I would recommend Elias Jewelry store to others.

I have to say they fix and issues with my ring purchase Petter Is the man to talk to with any issues the customer service was great throughout our purchase for upgrading my wedding ring. We had some bumps but again Petter the owner fix all issues I'm very satisfied
