I’m usually overall satisfied with this place , and they typically do pretty well but I have not been back in awhile. I scheduled a shellac mani and regular pedi a couple months before hand because I was getting very important maternity photos taken when I was pregnant and wanted my nails and feet to look nice. It was an important day and shoot for me, and when I arrived they told me I was only scheduled for a shellac mani and would not do my pedi because I wasn’t scheduled (which was not my fault or mistake but a mistake from the newer front end girl not Sam) and they didn’t have the time to make it right. I was pretty upset after how long and how many times I had been going there. I walked out, and had to go somewhere else in a quick time which I was very upset about. I loved this place, but that incident really upset me and I haven’t been back since.

Usually I enjoy coming here but today the technician was doing someone else when I arrived for my appointment. She rushed through my pedicure and was not very friendly. Very disappointed.

I got the Asian pedicure and a regular manicure. My nail tech did an amazing job, I really enjoyed the massage with my pedicure.

This place stands out in so many ways. Michigan is very bleak when is comes to great nail places with quality product, cleanliness and good service. This place has all 3. The front desk is always kind and the folks performing services are experts and pay great attention to detail! It’s hard to find people who can be so skilled and fast with service. My mom and I only go to eco nails for our pedicures ?? no matter who you get for your nail service, you will be totally satisfied.

I generally have a great experience in this salon. However there are inconsistencies among the workers. Some give very thorough leg massages and others don't. Some, really smooth out your rough spots and others gloss over them. So, when I am doing a group visit the consensus varies about service among those in the group as a result.
I highly recommend Beckie or Michelle. I believe Michelle is new but she is doing a great job so far. Avoid the last appointment slot of the day if you can because they feel rushed and everyone is ready to leave. Other than that, they are a solid choice.

I came as a walk-in and for being back to back booked, they still took me in! I’ve had a history of horrible luck with satisfaction after nail appts. Super clean, rejuvenating, & relaxing place! I plan on being a consistent customer even though I travel from Ann Arbor. (Katherine & Helen are A1).

The staff is nice, however I got a shellac manicure at the other location, it chipped 2days later, they fixed it 2 days later it peeled again, the following week I came to this location to have it taken off because I was over it and they charged $20 which is just ridiculous because that’s about the price of a regular manicure just to remove polish and the reasoning was because she “filed my nails “ so I got charged full price just for her to file them? I wasn’t aware that they charged to file your nails with a service…I don’t know if I’ll be back , the staff was nice and the place is clean but this was just ridiculous I spent money on a manicure that didn’t even last a week and then extra money to have it taken off, smh****UPDATEthe manager Ms Katherine reached out and was very kind and apologetic, she offered a credit towards my next service, I got a regular manicure/ dip removal, she was very gentle taking my dip off as my nails were a little thin underneath, I very much appreciated the customer service, and my new manicure is beautiful!

This place is always on time with their appointments. The polishing was also good. This was my first time and I forgot my nail techs name but I got the deluxe Asian pedicure and I thought the massage could’ve been more relaxing. I also thought the pillow that they put your legs over to massage was awkward and it isn’t that comfortable. The tech said it was necessary. Maybe will try again.

I had gel Mani and regular Pedi by Michelle. The services were fantastic. The massage during the Pedi was the best I've ever received. My nails turned out great and she was personable.In addition, the salon is clean and equipment is up to date. I'll return... And ask for Michelle when I do.Pedicure price: $40Manicure price: $30

Love Eco Nails! I see Becky for my nails, she and the entire team are amazing. I’ve never had any issues with the service, and the staff is always friendly. Katherine, the owner, is fantastic. She keeps the salon updated and in great condition. Highly recommend Eco Nails!
