Love this store. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful, it's laid out nicely, and there's a wide range of sizes and styles. If they don't have what you want in your size they can order it. I've lost a substantial bit of weight recently and will honestly miss shopping here.

Love this store. Sandy who helped me is a doll. I hope you pay her well. While this store as great clothes and a decent selection, it's only a "decent" selection because you don't stock this store with larger sizes past 4x. You're the big "big and tall" people. You need more extended sizes past 4x

Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Very large array of styles, brands & sizes. I can hit DXL for finishing touches for a formal event, game day, or a night on the town with my lady.DXL is Definitely my "Go-To" for all of my Big&Tall needs.

It’s extremely frustrating when you go to DXL’s website look to see what time they open you arrive at the time they’re supposed to open and on the door it states an hour later. I plan my day around coming here first, so that I get other things done because I don’t live close to DXL in Troy. The fact that I have to wait an hour and change my plans because DXL is so pathetic they can’t get the times right on their website is absolutely an atrocity. Because of your inaccuracies and lack of caring to have correct information, you have made my day a mess, and if I could give you zero stars, I would!

Not to many physical stores that carry these sizes. Ladies were very helpful in finding some dress clothes to satisfy the cocktail attire theme of an upcoming wedding. Thank you for your help.
