“With the two older stores in town it was great to see a nice bright and cheerful new location - with refrigeration and freezers!After frequenting the other two Rochester Hills locations, it was very pleasing to know that Dollar Tree employees can actually smile and be helpful.The team at this location is very good and keep the store in good shape.”

“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”
“The stock at this store is better than most and the aisles are generally not cluttered, as they are at some Dollar Tree locations. But what really sets this store apart is its employees, who are almost always pleasant and helpful. You won't find that at too many other retail establishments.”
“What an awesome and a very clean place the staff and management are really kind and helpful, if you can't find a particular item they'll helpful you find it or order it for you, I've seen some big changes since new management came and took over,
Ms. Sally and Ms. Diane are truly the best, thank you for the hard work you two put into this store... I really enjoy seeing the one manager with pink hair she's definitely the coolest one there she has a great sense of humor I wish there was more people like her but yes this is definitely by far the BEST Dollar Tree in the area.... “It's your typical Dollar Tree- with 2 exceptions: it's CLEAN! And the shelves are always stocked! It's clean- like super duper always clean! The shelves are always stocked full and the isles are roomy and never crowded with supplies that needs to be put on the shelves. The lines are never lengthy and checkout is quicker than any other Dollar Tree I've ever been to. Employees are welcoming and friendly and again- this place is CLEAN! I've score any name brand items here that would other wise cost me 3x the amount in your local grocery store. It's a great place for paper products such as napkins, disposable plates and cutlery, also for birthday supplies and gift bags. As a camping family, I buy a lot of items for camping and to keep in our travel trailer, so I don't have to take good items from my house. It's a great place for crafting items and supplies too. Again, this location is super clean, well stocked and fast checkout. I'd go out of my way to come here, but thankfully it's the closest store to my house. It may not be the biggest store but it's certainly the cleanest! I visit weekly and definitely recommend.”

“This Particular Family Dollar is a nice shopoing experience. The store is very clean and well organized! I will go out of my way to shop at this one. I actually have a FD at the end of my street. But I will get in my car and drive the 2.8 miles to go to this one. The staff care about their store and the customers! In today's world this goes a long way!! Prices are the same as the other FD stores in my area. But this one hands down wins my business.”

“I would give a 5 but, I have one small issue. I just left this location, me and my mother come in almost everyday. We speak to management, we are regulars. There is a lady their right now on register and someday nice some not so. It's only 2 women that force you to pull out your ID. She was so rude. I told her "you ask for the ID and you know my age. I've seen her not ask the customer before me then smiles and says ID. Games at work.I understand that you ID. The management don't do it because he said I know you your a regular.You must be careful these days. I tried to explain she raised her voice loud and said go to corporate. Nah, Google better! What's up owner! I buy a mad dog orange and a 2x Dutch berry everyday. Cory is the man! Pls give him a raise. Be blessed. When you ask the customer how you been, their a regular.”
“This door has a clean appearance to it.. Most Family Dollar stores are cluttered and Messy. I don't know the cashier's name but he was very friendly and polite.. He was there on monday may fifteenth around three p m. A very nice guy.”
“It needs to be replaced with the name Dollar25?? which is what everyone pays since inflation made the cost of everything increase substantially since the pandemic. This shop location is great for having the biggest sized and beautiful Valentine’s Day sparkle hearts. Other favourites to buy occasionally are greeting cards. I buy generic scotch tape, and duct tape to keep aluminium foil taped around the inside walls of our 3 cats hooded litter boxes. I buy bleach, Scotties tissue, and found some religious Christian prayer cards, and religious journals, and sometimes they have unique and pretty Christmas ornaments, and sometimes they have coffee mugs (with mentions of cats) such as I’m only speaking to my cat today.”
“Clean. Organized. So many items, from pencils to housewares to apparel; health and beauty, automotive, hardware and much more. Helpful staff. Roomy enough to navigate without crowding. I've been shopping here for years and still find new items/deals every visit. The only "dollar store" I support, for all the reasons above. (Location is in plaza at southeast corner of Hoover Rd & 13 Mile Rd; not IN Oak Ridge Market)”
“If you're looking for more than the usual Dollar Tree selection, this location is a Superstore. Expanded selection of regular $1.25 items, and an expanded grocery including TWELVE coolers of frozen and refrigerated items. Some frozen foods are Dollar Tree Plus priced at $3, $4, and $5 and feature name brands such as Red Baron Pizza and Gorton's fish fillets. Also a great place to stock up on $1.25 snacks and beverages for road trips.There are also a couple of aisles of Plus items in the general merchandise. Their $5 laundry basket is an excellent value, durable and with good capacity. This store is open till 10pm M-Sat, 9pm Sun. This is one hour later than most Dollar Tree stores.”
“I struggle with what to do as so many things we buy innocently or without awareness these days come from China. Considering it has been referred to as the "food desert", I have found some really healthier choices for packing my lightweight cooler bag for our adventures. Frozen fruit, wasabi peas, unsalted nut single packs, microwave brown rice packs, brown rice cakes, almond milk (unsweetened), and new things I see are amongst my "Yay" list. Trying to do 1% better everyday, I am still finding my car still finds it's way there. I also am an innovator and artist and I can't find anything that comes close for the treasures I find there. I'm hoping that Dollar Tree can keep trending towards a better, not bitter way. I'm witnessing the progress and crossing my pool noodles.”
“This location is the best one in my area. The staff is friendly and the store stays stocked. Granted this is hard to do now a days. They now an aisle that's $5 + with nicer things. Which is ok. However if I wanted to do that I would go to five below. I can always run in and grab what I want. Anything from Hallmark greeting cards, table decorations, serving items and much more. I have the conversation with myself before going in to the store: "Only get what you came here for", lol. When they keep up with stock this is hard to do. There may be a wait as cashiers are also helping customers.”

She went above and beyond looking for her phone, even went as far as to check the cameras. She took my number down in case she ran across it. 10/10 super nice lady and extremely helpful. “Every time I go into family dollar on ten mile near telegraph the cashier's are so nice especially the manager can't remember her name but she has the most beautiful eyes and a young lady name unity they are so nice to me you need more people like them in your stores that gives good quality service and actually care about the customer needs”

“Went here for the first time never shopped at dollar general before and everything went smooth. When I’m on the app shopping it says everything is out of stock but when you go in the store to shop all the shelves were stocked I found all my items on my list which was perfect. The employees are friendly and helpful. So yes this will be one of my couponing .”

Paper was first shrink wrapped with a thick corrugated backing and then packed into a corrugated box with fold-over protected edges. Will definitely shop here again.”
