When someone schedules an appointment for a singular sensor i think its pretty rude to continuously try to up sell all 4 tires. especially when the tires are under a year old. I guess $0 is better to discount than actually following through with the service i requested.

I arrived early to my 8:45 appointment to be told my tire was unrepairable and not in stock but that a tire would be available "early afternoon". It's now 4:00 and my vehicle still isn't ready. Do they really think people have entire days to get a tire replaced? Had I been told at 8:45am that wouldn't have me finished until 5, I would have found somewhere else to do the work.

They always had a free tire check thing going on. You drove in, their guy checks the air in the tires and refills if need and you drive on. Last week I had to drive to Dearborn and got a tire pressure sign on my dashboard so went here. Their guy looked at me said tire check, wait for 2 minutes and then disappeared. I waited for 10 minutes but the guy kept walking around avoiding looking towards me. He could have just said no tire check and saved my 10 minutes.

Staff communication skills are way off , and they like to harass you to give them a reason as to why YOU don’t want to no longer purchase something ,I had an appointment that wasn’t recognized until I went in to make fuss about it ,& considering I made fuss about them trying to make me purchase something I brought last year I know they didn’t balance my tires etc thoroughly lol , but kept trying to get money out of me like people don’t have mechanics oh lol and the guy also tried to throw shade at my mechanic’s
,just rude and dont know how to communicate with eachother I wont be back it’s plenty of places to get new tires from and this one I won’t be back to!

ZERO STARS. Poor customer service at this location. Long time WAITING for employees’ acknowledgment at the desk (two out of the three had no customer with them). Finally told to WAIT to pull into a bay after a truck came out; WAITED 30 minutes and as I was trying to pull in, another employee raced in front of me with a truck into the bay I was told to pull into. This was for a free tire check, so obviously not a priority for them and a complete waste of time for me.

Salesmen lied about leaking tire. He said it was my treads that caused the leak. I got home and noticed a nail on my tire. First time at Discount Tire. Told all my friends and family!

I always go to Discount Tire. I went into this location yesterday to get my tire patched because I have a nail in it. The salesman informed me that I needed all 4 new tires and they wouldnt be able to patch it because the tread was too worn. Fine. I assumed my tires need to be replaced soon, but I just don't have the money to do it right now, so I asked about prices so that I can prepare. The guy tried to sell me some top of the line tires for my 2019 equinox, for $1200. When I expressed several times about my financial situation, he recommended another tire set for $900. As I'm looking at his screen which has sets of tires in the $5-600 range, which he wouldn't talk to me about... he expressed to me how unsafe it is for me and my toddler to drive around with tires in this shape, but let me leave without offering an affordable option (to keep us safe, right??)
I left and did my research and found a new set of highly rated tires much more reasonable and in my price range... I get the guys job is to sell, but he definitely lost a sale yesterday.

My husband and I had such a lovely experience here. After a terrible experience at another tire store, we came in with some hesitation. However, everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, which put us at ease. Despite how busy it was, Victor made the entire process of getting snow tires simple and seamless. We would definitely recommend this place!

Went in to get tire replaced after one of my tires went flat. Took about 4 hours to complete as I didn’t have an appointment. That’s fine, I guess. Drove my car home and realized my ride was rough and bad traction in the snow. And then the TPMS sign kept coming on, no matter how many times I calibrated it. I have a Honda Accord which is not too harsh or too soft of a ride. The problem is they overinflated my tires to 40 PSI. Can’t they read? The recommended psi is 32, it says on the door sill. I thought they were supposed to professionals. This is just a warning for people, so they don’t damage their tires while driving or worse, get into an accident.
