Home buying experience can be very exciting and also taxing on a family. Finding a mortgage partner/team that helps and works on your behalf with the home buying process is very key. I t was wonderful journey from choosing home to owning home. Mr Pattabhi is amazing. Has thorough knowledge in this industry Has guided us on every step, as we were new in this country and had zero knowledge about mortgage, and dont know how to proceed, he explained and lead us through every step with much patience amd excellence, gave all possible ways/alternatives. It has been a great pleasure working with Shri and his team. They were available to us throughout the process to answer every big and small questions we had. Shri did not waste my time. He was happy to let me go elsewhere if I got a better deal there. He made sure I made an informed decision and did what was right for me. One time when I called to clarify something, Shri was on his way to some event. He didn’t make me wait, once he got to the event he called back and patiently explained until I understood. The closing was smooth and efficient. I have worked with mortgage brokers before, but Shri and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I worked with Shri at direct home morgage. I was super amazed by the service and speed at which my loan was approved. It just took a few days before everything was finalized.
