Went to this location to try on shoes. The associate that is in charge of footwear wasn't around, so I scanned the shoes at the request scanner, waited for 10 minutes, finally went to cashiers to ask for someone to come as the shoe department was filling with more waiting customers. She finally shows up after about 5 more minutes, says she'll grab them, and then I continued to wait another 10 minutes before leaving without ever seeing her return to assist either myself or anyone else. Astounded at how poor the customer service was in this regard.

Terrance was so friendly and helpful when checking out! We had a reward in our account and it was not working for some reason. Terrance went out of his way to still honor it! It was refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience, especially nowadays.

Store is well organized and clean. We are not a fan of the new shoe section. They have transitioned from a self-serve shoe section to now only having display shoes out. An employee needs to bring out the correct size. There is a kiosk you can check size availability and request a size. But at peak times or if you are fitting more than one person, you'll inevitably be waiting.

Staff were great. Went here specifically for ski socks. Though I have purchased them here prior there are no ski socks, at least not at this location. Plenty of other socks and ski wear but for some reason no ski socks.

Tried to visit this store based on their updated hours (open at 9am). It's 9:15am and they're closed. This is one more reason why I just buy from other retailers online.

This place should not be able to be called a "sporting goods" store. They don't carry anything associated with hunting or fishing supplies. It's basically a clothing store. Over priced and rude staff. Only reason for the visit was to spend a gift card I got. When I asked a staff member where the fishing stuff was he laughed and said "we don't carry any of that stuff". BUT they sell elliptical machines. Can't believe this company is still in business.

Zuri was very helpful and helped assist me find a referee shirt. It could have took me a while to find it but she paged some one and tracked it down for me in less than a minute. In a world where employees like to do the bare minimum, Zuri went above and beyond and deserves the biggest raise and promotion. She greeted me with a smile and I was in and out with what I needed in less than 2 minutes. Now that’s what I call customer service! I will be back if I need anything and I’m going straight to Zuri. She knows her stuff and is a perfect representation of what Dick’s Sporting Goods customer service should be.

If you need to take a dump, this is place. You can walk into any Dick’s Store and there will be two customers in the entire store. You can take a long dump knowing nobody will be in the restroom too. Since they banded the sale of handguns the stores are empty. Then you can go across the street to Academy, a man’s store.
