Randy guided us through the process of designing a custom ring – he made what could have been a daunting experience into one that was relaxed and easy. Diamond Vault and Randy have been great to work with getting both my fiancé’s engagement and our wedding bands! Randy was very informative for us as we learned about diamonds and worked with us to stay within budget. The prices were great and the rings were even better! Would highly recommend.

My (now) fiancée and I were looking around for engagement rings and went to multiple stores. Nothing came close to the amazing experience we had at diamond vault. Rula was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating to our schedules and super friendly! She worked perfectly within our budget and helped us create one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. Incredibly unprofessional and rude people work here. My husband and I had a horrible experience seeking to sell several extremely high-value rings. Each person we tried to work with or spoke to was outright disrespectful and practically degrading. I don't understand how jewelers like this still are in business. Please go elsewhere. They lie about the market value and offer pennies on the dollar for fabulous jewelry, or conversely won't even give you the time of day. Good riddance.

Randy and the entire of the staff at the Diamond Vault are amazing, genuine people. My fiancé and I had a custom engagement ring and wedding bands designed here and the process couldn’t have been smoother. We were involved throughout the entire design process and our rings turned out exactly as imagined. They were also somehow able to resize my grandma’s intricate engagement ring from a size 5 to a size 10 so that I can wear it as she hoped I would. My fiancé said the Diamond Vault is our jeweler for life and I couldn’t agree more.

When my husband and I first talked about getting engaged, I knew that I was looking for something one of a kind and truly special. I spent countless hours searching for the best jewelry shop in the area and I found the Diamond Vault of Troy. We knew we wanted something custom, and Randy spent HOURS meticulously sourcing stones to make sure I got the exact one I wanted. It can be nerve wracking to spend so much money on something that you can’t see yet, but Randy made sure that any questions we had were answered. We were informed every step of the way during the design process, from when the stones arrived, to the CAD rendering, to the print of the ring I got to try before my actual ring was cast. When my husband proposed, I was elated with the result and couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, a year after we got married I lost my first engagement ring. I was so upset, but the insurance we got through Diamond Vault of Troy made the process seamless and I got to work with Randy once again to design another ring. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be happier. I get so many compliments on my ring. I highly recommend this place to anyone who asks and recommend them for any and all custom work.

Randy and his staff are the best! My fiance and I expected to come in, pick a ring and leave. That is not the case at all, Randy is so thorough and makes sure you know every detail that goes in to choosing the perfect diamond custom to you! We recommend the Diamond Vault to everyone we know. Doing some last minute Christmas shopping and found the perfect unique ring for my wife. I had no idea what to expect when I walked in the locked door but it is a very unique jewelry store that makes you feel special. You can tell right off the bat they know what they are doing with jewelry and are very qualified. David Mack was my salesperson and he is excellent. Knowledgeable and straight forward with a great personality. He speaks the simple truth. Awesome experience and quality jewelry.
