I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received regarding a battery purchased from your establishment less than a year ago. Despite the premature malfunction of the battery, I was informed that I would need to leave it for testing before a decision on replacement could be made, without consideration for the urgency of the situation.As a result of this experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and have purchased a replacement battery from Costco, which offers a better warranty and comparable pricing.
