The male pharmacist for foreigner is the most unprofessional pharmacist professional I've ever come across in my 52 yrs.im a back surgery patient have rods and pins in my back every month he makes it an all day event jumping through hoops with attitude to get my meds.Well Saturday he made me suffer.I called at 10am explained I had a Rhizomaty six large injections burning the nerve on L4L5S1 was in extreme pain this month. He said he'd txt me as soon as the script was ready.I knew he wouldn't mind you I never have any issues when dealing with female pharmacist ever very professional. But every month it's a nightmare dealing with him.Well I show up at 1 to get another script and lady says we got the pills can fill now great .He looks at me says no we don't have his again says he'll txt as soon as there ready knowing I'm hurting bad.I wait all day and call again at 6:30 one last try they close at 7 mind you says yea I'll fill now knowing I'm more than 30 mins away.I understand pain meds are abused badly but there are back surgery patients that need them actually.Last year he was off for a few days and there was a néw pharmacist.I said omg he finally got replaced three of the workers laughed said they wished she was only temporary. So now I have to drive 30 mins away to so I can be treated with respect and not suffer.

My medication was impacted by a shortage. I was without my medication for about a month. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was told that they had the brand name in stock and could fill my prescription that day. I was extremely frustrated because they should have filled my medication as soon as it was back in stock (I didn’t care if it was generic or brand name). I went without my medication for no reason and only got my prescription filled because I decided to call and check on the status. It should have been filled without me having to take this action.

Been waiting 2.5 weeks for my daughters script. They tell me they order it every day. That they order what is out of stock every day. I call yesterday for my sons script which they tell me I have to pay for even though he is on Medicaid and it’s free. An antibiotic. I said give me the script back I’ll go to Meijer as they fill them free regardless. I then asked about my daughters script. She tells me it didn’t get ordered. I ask what the law is on that and then magically I can get my sons antibiotic for his infection for free while they “work” on my daughters script. Funny how that works. I’ll be filing a complaint and calling corporate for this incompetence that my daughter shouldn’t have to wait for them not ordering her medicine at all.

This is the best CVS location. The team at Pharmacy is great. They go above and beyond to help customers. My family is very happy and fully satisfied with their service.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating I would. The Pharmacy/ Pharmacist is an absolute joke at this CVS. First they call and say a prescription is ready, when I go to the pharmacist he says it's not ready and that it's the fault of the automatic notification system. Then I return at 1:45 to be told that the pharmacy is closed for lunchtime and that there computers are down BUT if I'm paying cash I can wait around 15 minutes. I obviously waited and then the pharmacist tells me " our computer is still not working so I can't pick up the prescription " I told him that he said to wait if I was paying cash and he had the nerve to tell me that he never said that. I don't care for poor customer service and I absolutely hate being lied to.

1 star because 0 is not an actual option. Awful experience. Frank was working as a cashier, the way he spoke to other customers was disgraceful, rude and inappropriate. His behavior was uncomfortable and I will never return. Customer service is not a code that was upheld this day, and by how comfortable he was speaking in that manner, only shows it’s a frequent occurrence.

Lady running the front counter (Tuesday, December 21st at around 8 pm) was extremely rude. Not to us but we overheard her yelling at two customers within our ten minutes there. We were at the self checkout and we dropped our items and left because we were so disgusted at how she was speaking to other customers.

David, the CVS cashier, that was working the evening of 10/23 was extremely rude and unhelpful to a gentleman of color who forgot his CVS card and simply wanted to rescan his items. David told the gentlemen in an unfriendly manner that he’d have to refund the items and rescan them. The gentlemen seemed compliant and then David retorted,”Would you give me the items already?” The gentlemen picked up on David’s rude tone and picked his receipt up and told David “thank you, I will call to speak to a manager.” And left. Is this the way CVS employees are trained to treat customers of color? I will not be shopping there again.
