Pharmacy substituted my prescription with a generic without telling me. Charged me $77 instead of my usual $13. The pharmacist Jaya would not do anything. Had to call corporate to report.

Inevitably, there is always a fancy foreign car parked in the first handicapped space. There are only 3 blue spots available. The car has no placard or handicapped plate. Entitled much?

This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The nurse had to call the prescription in twice. I called the pharmacy the 2nd time to confirm they had the script and it was ready. They confirmed it was ready. I tried to pick up the script the next morning and they said they didn’t have it, that it was picked up 2 days ago by someone that wasn’t even in the state that week. If I called yesterday and you said it was ready for pick up, how did someone who didn’t even know about the script and was in a different state pick it up a day before you confirmed you had it ready. Had to call the nurse a 3rd time and switch to a different pharmacy. Unbelievable.

I stopped in to pick up photos I had ordered on line, and had some things on my list to purchase. Day before Thanksgiving is always busy, and I really appreciated Robby's help at the register (so I didn't have to use the self-check) in applying the best coupons for my items. Having a staff member help at checkout ensures I always use the best coupons, and makes my shopping trip worth it. Pls thank Robby for me.

I had to transfer some prescriptions and cvs made the process an absolute nightmare. They are extremely difficult and make tons of excuses for everything.

I'm reaching out to Corporate about the seemingly racist pharmacist and pharmacy cashier who disrespected me today - August 24th. I asked for a particular medication that doesn't require a prescription. The cashier was clueless and ordered me to 'go talk to the pharmacist down there!' Heaven forbid that she would've walked a few steps and inquired herself in order to take care of a customer!
Then it got worse. After I inquired, the Pharmacist pointed out the med. to the cashier and walked away sans a single word or gesture to me. I stepped back to the cashier and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like I line jumped or something. She also apologized to the nice white man who was next in line.
This wasn't my first such experience and there are other reviews about the overarching rudeness at this location. Ridiculous.

The male pharmacist for foreigner is the most unprofessional pharmacist professional I've ever come across in my 52 yrs.im a back surgery patient have rods and pins in my back every month he makes it an all day event jumping through hoops with attitude to get my meds.Well Saturday he made me suffer.I called at 10am explained I had a Rhizomaty six large injections burning the nerve on L4L5S1 was in extreme pain this month. He said he'd txt me as soon as the script was ready.I knew he wouldn't mind you I never have any issues when dealing with female pharmacist ever very professional. But every month it's a nightmare dealing with him.Well I show up at 1 to get another script and lady says we got the pills can fill now great .He looks at me says no we don't have his again says he'll txt as soon as there ready knowing I'm hurting bad.I wait all day and call again at 6:30 one last try they close at 7 mind you says yea I'll fill now knowing I'm more than 30 mins away.I understand pain meds are abused badly but there are back surgery patients that need them actually.Last year he was off for a few days and there was a néw pharmacist.I said omg he finally got replaced three of the workers laughed said they wished she was only temporary. So now I have to drive 30 mins away to so I can be treated with respect and not suffer.

My medication was impacted by a shortage. I was without my medication for about a month. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was told that they had the brand name in stock and could fill my prescription that day. I was extremely frustrated because they should have filled my medication as soon as it was back in stock (I didn’t care if it was generic or brand name). I went without my medication for no reason and only got my prescription filled because I decided to call and check on the status. It should have been filled without me having to take this action.

Been waiting 2.5 weeks for my daughters script. They tell me they order it every day. That they order what is out of stock every day. I call yesterday for my sons script which they tell me I have to pay for even though he is on Medicaid and it’s free. An antibiotic. I said give me the script back I’ll go to Meijer as they fill them free regardless. I then asked about my daughters script. She tells me it didn’t get ordered. I ask what the law is on that and then magically I can get my sons antibiotic for his infection for free while they “work” on my daughters script. Funny how that works. I’ll be filing a complaint and calling corporate for this incompetence that my daughter shouldn’t have to wait for them not ordering her medicine at all.
