Housekeeping left the door propped open for 7 hours and still never cleaned the room. Front desk asked me if I was sure I hadn't propped it open myself, which may be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Canadian hockey team took over hotel, running and banging and screaming through the hallways. Front desk did not move my room upon request. Team left hallways and stairs a mess. Only one elevator in the building.Rooms were clean and location is close to interstate, restaurants, gas, and shopping. 10/10 do not recommend since guest safety and privacy are not paramount to the staff.Safety: Room door left wide open for 7 hours by housekeeping. Safety is a joke.

Stayed here two nights this week for work. Hotel no longer does daily housekeeping. Plus the room had no lotion bottles, no tea bags, and half the USB ports to charge my electronics would not work. It seems the hotel was renovated but the amenities in the room were taken away. Disappointed seeing the price keeps going up for these standard hotels.

We came to town to meet friends for a special event. Great service as we expect from Marriott brand hotels. Clean and quiet room! You keep us coming back!

This hotel is large and the signage is pretty bad. Elevators aren't in obvious places and I got lost multiple times trying to find my room. I stayed here with my family so it was ok but I would never stay here as a single female as I was truly never able to figure out where I was and that just didn't feel safe. We booked two queen beds and apparently there is a difference between a regular queen and a hotel queen? I have status with Marriott so I spend a lot of time in these hotels and never noticed this before. The beds, which we did measure, were the size of full beds, not queens. Just be warned if you need more space.

Last minute stay for a wedding. Was not given the reduced wedding block rate, because of being a late walk in booking. (Management did contact me, following my review, explaining their policy - which makes no sense.) Anyway, room and interior were pleasing and clean. Comfortable bed and shower. Some garbage in the parking lot, including a passed-out guy on the curb. Kind of weird.

The room is fine and the lobby is nicely renovated, however, the WiFi has been down for at least the last 24 hours.

This is my go to place whenever I'm in town. It's a downer to notice they won't even offer you a bottle of water. Not even being a Bonvoy member. The staff is always friendly and the location is pretty much centered close to very good restaurants. I believe the rooms could be improved.

Booked for a night since we had a wedding in town, traveled all the way from lansing. We were trying to check in later than 2am since the wedding party was still going on but when we called the number it led us to the international hotline. The customer service person said we have to call the hotels front desk number but we could not find the front desk number anywhere.. the room itself is not bad though.

If you ever stay here, refuse to stay on the West side of the hotel. The restaurant right next to the hotel is open until 2:30 AM and they play bass heavy dance music all night. Virtually impossible to get a decent night sleep if you are a light sleeper at all.

It took about a month for me to decide to write this review, why you may ask. Just busy, and was debating is it worth the bad review. After thinking back to the manager on duty response to me when the person at check in was concerned what I found was disheartening and not what you expect from a Marriott especially not one who has status with Marriott. I found ants in the room and around the trash the morning I got up. Now, i saw a couple at the desk I was working the day before, but considered the sliding glass doors it’s expected, but waking up to them was a whole different story. The bed was comfortable. There was dust on the fridge. Now back to the ants. When mentioned to the check in rep she was surprised and said let me get the manager. Keep in mind I stayed the night. The manager came out I showed the picture of what I found, and she stated to me, what do you expect me to do. I was floored, and all I said was I guess nothing just wanted you to know. The fact they didn’t even say we’d look into it and thanks for bringing it to my attention was flooring. The check in rep at least stated that’s not good let me get the manager.So word to wise, think carefully before staying here. If it wasn’t for the comment and reaction, and thinking it was a one off incident I could have stayed again, but defiantly not now.

When I arrived at 3:46 pm on 03/18/2023 for my suite none of the suites were clean so I had to wait when check in is supposed to be 3 pm. When I got to my room there was a weird smell that more than likely smelled that way because they just cleaned the room. Eventually the smell went away. The room was beautiful, but the bedroom TV in 246 none of the buttons work on the tv and you can’t adjust the volume or change the channel because the remote only turns the tv off. You can imagine how frustrating that is not being able to adjust the volume and the current volume is very loud. Definitely couldn’t watch tv the way we wanted due to this.

Good hotel, really amazing lobby. They provide lots of great areas to work, unfortunately the furniture was heavily stained, the floors were really dirty and 50 percent of the outlets were not functional.
