Awful carrier, *****scammers*****. Lead you to believe this a real company and wording their service as a partner to Verizon *****THEY ARE NOT*****. Services were transferred from Verizon it’s now going on over 10 hours (3:44pm) and still no ACTIVATED phone line service. My business land line needs to be on 24-7 and this ”Clear Gate” service has yet to provide me with an answer as to why the line is still in active as it was supposed to start today at 12am.SCAM SCAM SCAMRuining local businesses business.

Setting up my business line took from November to March. The only customer service person who was able to untangle the mess was Nancy. Ask for Nancy when you call for support.

This company called my 85 year old mother, who suffers from dementia, told her they were from AT&T and were updating her phone service, and then switched her over. How they did it, I don't know, since her name is not on the account and she is not authorized to make changes, just for such a reason, so that unscrupulous companies like this can pull this bait and switch. Now, she is without a phone, since their products don't work. Currently waiting to hear back from FCC and from Michigan State Attorney General regarding Clear Rate's fraudulent behavior.

I received my set Saturday, spoke with someone Monday they was unable to set it up because they said the box was bad and someone will contact me the next day, they call and left a message that they will have to order a new box. I call back and spoke with David Miemie, he was very helpful and fix the issue and was able to get my phone working. Thanks David.

They charge you INCREDIBLE AMOUNTS OF MONEY, then shut off your business phones. TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!!My account rep Luma is a sweetheart that worked very hard for us, but she does not belong working with this HORRIBLE COMPANY!

reporting the company to the BBB for fradulant activites claiming to be with at&t and the only way to keep their number is to get a wireless homephone didnt provide the information to get the number over but they managed to take the phone number

Call me up claim my current provider no longer have analog service.... And they were taking over that part of the service and no change in billing .....of course they sent me a separate bill and they did nothing... I'm still with my current provider.... So now I will try to cancel it ... But I'm sure is a waste of time..... Lucky My current provider didn't allow any change

Awful experience with this company. They call claiming to be Verizon and that you HAVE to use them to keep your land lines from being switched to digital, and if you don’t then someone is going to just show up and do it anyway. They are very deceiving in what they say. Then you have to listen to two recordings that apparently are you agreeing to the “contract” even though the contract is null and void due to the solicitor lying about being with Verizon. Do not let this company scam your business! They then will charge you $99 per line in transfer fees when you switch your service back to Verizon. Phones didn’t work for a day, and request for other services never went through. My business needs phone lines available 24/7 and Clear Rate failed to do that. I would give negative stars if possible. I recommend filing a complaint with the FCC and FTC if they have scammed your business as well.

I worked with Terroya today to fix some things on our account and she did a phenomenal job. She spent almost an hour with me and made all the changes that we needed and did a great job!

We were having issues with the landline leaving us without service. We are so grateful we had David Miemie as the agent who helped us. Within minutes he got the phone connected. He is our knight in shining armor! Thank you David Miemie!

Got scammed! Was told they are with Verizon and we had to switch from analog to digital and if not someone would be out here to switch it anyways. So we agreed on the fact that they promised it’s still Verizon. Well come to find out it’s not! We are a business and have 4 lines and none work. Unbelievable horrible customer service! DO NOT SWITCH THEY ARE A SCAM!!
