Not only is Brittany and her team professional but they are so knowledgeable about all Visual Comfort! My entire home was thoughtfully chosen with practical, fun and very cool lighting. ALL boxes came labeled with each room for easy installation. They even did my bulb and cabinet hardware order. I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this showroom. It’s a gallery of gorgeous light fixtures. The staff is helpful. It’s also my experience that special orders are delivered in 30 days. Their website is also very helpful.

What a beautiful showroom!! City Lights Detroit is the resource for Visual Comfort signature designer lighting! It also offers Fine art prints from Trowbridge Gallery! Customer service is amazing. Highly recommend

I received excellent service from Maria in selecting lights for my new home. I had questions on sizing, scale and finishes that would work with my existing hardware. City Lights Detroit answered all my questions and I ordered 3 lights. Thank you.

A pathetic waste of time. Poor customer service and I was the only one in the store with 2 employees. I wasted an hour looking through catalogs to be told I’d be sent an email after the manager told me she was too busy to copy the information needed for ordering some very expensive chandeliers. I never received the email and it didn’t go to junk mail. Go elsewhere!
