Can't cash a legitimate check at this location. Even after calling the account holder, the staff refused to cash the check because apparently the signature is different than the signature on file. They want me to go back and have the account holder cancel this check and reissue another check. I don't know about you but don't think my signature has ever been the same twice. The point is these people have total disregard for the time required to have a second legitimate check issued. Choose another location and avoid this staff.

The lady greeting today is not friendly and ridiculous customer service. They need to hire staff. They don't answer phone so have to go there to schedule appointment with the 1 banker they have and that takes days

What a bad customer service they have.. Tracy has the worst attitude in that branch… I went to get money and she literally treated me like an animal… bad experience.

This branch is just awful. Waited 15 minutes just to hear a rude teller to suggest to meet a banker or manager. Waited another 25 minutes and no one showed up while they were talking amongst themselves in the back cubicles. So I left. Really bad service. This branch needs a serious intervention from corporate level. I will avoid this location and will not go back here ever again.

horrible experience trying to open a new business account. I called trying to setup an appointment with a business banker, they gave me a 10:00 am time slot, but they kept placing me hold, and finally pushed me to open the account on-line. I tried to open the account online and wouldn't work, I called back to confirm I still have the 10:00 am appointment, but they told we gave it to someone else, since you decided to open the account online.I wanted to go in-person, they decided to push me online instead, such horrible experience.

Do not go there.Especially when you work from 6 or 7 an in the morning and your lunch time is about 11-12 am. I was there during my lunch time (about 11.15) to order foreign currency and the ONLY person who could do it was on lunch already! Bank hours are from 9 am – 6pm. This was my second time in that bank and I will never go there again. First time – lunch time as well - I was in the very long line to cash my checks.There is enough Chase locations around

Terrible. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. Only 2 tellers at the window, and a long line. Came in at 1:06pm and still in line at 1:20 (on my 30 min lunch break). You would think there would be more tellers available at such a busy time of the day.

Really horrible bank . the wait time here is unbelievably ridiculous. They are too cheap to put enough employees. Been waiting to see one of the banker and already waited half hour. This bank sucks big time. Will be closing my account soon

I use this bank daily for work and everyone is so friendly. Except for the assistant branch manager. I forget her name now because I avoid her when ever possible. Crabbiest teller ever.
