I’ve called several times to try to set up an appointment because they’re location is convenient and they get good reviews, but not once have they answered the phone. Checked the website to see if I could make an appointment there and it seems super spammy. I’ve been in the area and see there is a salon at this location, but seems really inaccessible to contact.

Kyle is amazing with my autistic son, he’s so very kind and patient with him. My son gets very upset when people touch him at all and Kyle makes him feel so comfortable that he actually enjoys getting his hair cut. Thank you Kyle for your kindness to my son, we are so grateful for you.

I’ve been looking for a good beautician and I finally found one. Nahrain did my hair Saturday and it is the best cut and color (highlights) I have ever had. The salon is beautiful, clean and cozy. Everyone was very friendly. I am a customer for life!!

The new renovations in Carly’s Salon which is now Salon Bold is night and day. But the staff there are truly remarkable, I have been getting haircuts from Kyle for a year and he does an amazing job. I highly recommend this place for mens and kids haircuts.

Everyone is so friendly at Salon Bold. I am especially grateful to Heather for making my hair feel soft & vibrant again! I’m super picky with who I go to for my hair & I know I can always count on Heather, plus she’s very knowledgeable & explains things that are helpful for maintenance at home too, which I really appreciate.

First off, salon was super clean and had a great environment. Secondly, the staff was extremely nice. I was consistently asked if I was okay or if I needed anything which was really nice. Very upscale environment with down to earth people..

I am so disappointed they charged me for a hair cut and blow-dry when I specifically asked for a hair cut only. A woman entered with no mask and I wanted to get out as soon as possible so I did not want to argue. Also, the hair cut was not what I expected in the back. Heather did not provide an additional mirror to see the back of my head.

This stylists are the best stylist!! Very professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. I totally trust them with my hair and look forward to my visits to the salon. The salon itself is clean, well managed and organized. I am and will continue to be a loyal client of Salon Bold Hair & Spa!!
