Was not sure how my dog would do in a setting like Camp bow wow. But happy to see that she was just fine.

My husband and I brought our 2 year old Doberman, Nova to Camp Bow Wow last week. We were SO happy to know they had cameras so we could check in on our girl while at work! We were happy to know Nova did so well even with her separation anxiety and being with tons of dogs. They made sure Nova was ok around other dogs prior to her first visit so that also put our minds at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone with a fur baby. Thanks again!

We are new to the area and we’re looking for a new kennel. They called me this week to set up an interview and I showed up to the appointment today for a stay next weekend. After waiting for 5-10 minutes I was informed that they were canceling my appointment because they are short staffed. I was willing to come back the next day or during the week in the evening but was told no. I understand things come up but I should have been called before I showed up and they should have found another day that would work. Canceling when a new customer shows up is very unprofessional. I know Camp Bow Wow has a bad reputation in west Michigan, but I thought it was the franchise owner. I guess not.

I know that each Camp Bow Wow is independently owned. But their service and quality of employees is consistent at all the locations that I have trusted Molly with. The Troy Michigan location is no exception. Thank you to the Troy Camp Bow Wow for keeping Molly safe and happy while she has been with you this week while at doggy day camp!

The staff really love all the pups that come in. Tour was thurough and informative. The staff went over the daily structure of meals/playtime. Cameras to watch the dogs is a great idea.

Hondo (Australian Shepherd) loves his stay at camp bow wow!! We have been across the country having to use camp bow wow from time to time, and so far we have experienced that the quality and services our exceptional!! Pricing is a little high but when it comes to the safety and welfare of our pup it’s the best and worth the money.

We love Camp Bow Wow! More importantly, our dog does. He is so excited to get there and loves playing with the friends he's made there (both dogs and humans). The staff is really on the ball and efficient, but the best thing is that you can tell they really love what they do. They always give us a verbal report of what our pup was up to during the day and we've seen them on camera showering him with belly rubs and affection. We have lived in lots of different places, but our experiences at other Camp Bow Wows was similar. They clearly hire good people and have good training. It shows. We never worry when we trust our buddy to CBW.

The staff of this establishment was nice in answering my questions about what it takes to join the day camp. They took me on a tour of their nice facility and interviewed my dog. Unfortunately, my 19 week puppy was rejected due to him not being socialized enough and not having manners. Good dog owners know that dogs should not be with otherdogs until they are fully vaccinated around 4 months. My dog has been mostly been with me for majority of the time. I even tried to have him attend a puppy training class with other dogs, but to no success. Honestly, I thought doggy day camp would be a great place for him to start socializing while he is young. It is, but this place is not an option. Not a bad place, but should not be considered for young puppies.
