We are so happy to have called Brown Chimney for our service! We got new fireplace doors installed, and it has made such a difference in our home. I’ll be honest, not everything went right at first - but the lengths that their technician Joe went to in order to make sure that the job was done perfectly and in a timely fashion was further than I have seen any trades worker before. Being in the trades myself, I was seriously impressed! He also taught me a lot about my fireplace that I did not know before. We will definitely be calling them for any future service.

Brown Chimney came to inspect and clean my chimney yesterday. He was very thorough in his inspection and honest in his advice. He took care of the couple of things that actually needed to be done and didn’t try to charge me for things that we didn’t need right now. I learned a lot and think my family is much safer and there will be less water getting into my house. Honest dude. 10/10

Revised review because I appreciate the attempt to make things right. There was a series of communication breakdowns and I was disappointed in my experience. Ben from Brown Chimney reached out, refunded me for the inspection before I could even ask and was very apologetic. The experience still took plenty of time and was a bit of a pain, but it seems this was a unique event. Changing from 1 to 3 stars.

Brown Chimney was terrific! They arrived on time and communicated all issues with my fireplace and went over all costs prior to Atari the work. They inspected, cleaned, replaced a seal, swept the chimney and fixed the rotting seal on my chimney cap in under 2 hours.

I highly recommend Brown Chimney! Joe and his assistant Anna were complete professionals. Joe identified and corrected code issues with my gas fireplace. Our fireplace has never looked this good! They also cleaned the chimney and repaired and cleaned the crown. Throughout, they were professional, prompt, and excellent communicators. My home was spotless when they were done. I am referring them on to my daughters who have homes in the area.

Fantastic experience. Moe was a clean, efficient, helpful and patient explaining what we need today and in the next three years to keep our chimney top notch. He took the time to answer our questions in detail and even fixed the door to our insert while he was here. Amazing experience and will continue to use in the future and hopefully have Moe again. Joe and Hannah came on time and well prepared to do all their work the same day. They worked as a team to ensure both safety and efficiency. I appreciate their attention to detail and forward thinking from them anticipating my future needs.They scraped away all the old crusty concrete and installed new concrete. They threw in a few freebies when they noticed that I had a chimney cap but had not installed it yet as well as they cleaned up very well. There was zero upselling and a genuine care to make sure that I knew how to properly and safely care for my chimney. This is a team you want on your team. I know I will be reaching out to them for all my future chimney needs.

Moe came out to look at my chimney that had built up and in need of a good cleaning. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took pictures of my chimney to show me exactly what he was looking at and explained in detail what needed to be done. He took good care to make sure nothing inside got dirty. Moe worked diligently sprayed my chimney with a chemical and brush cleaned it well. Moe even took after pictures to show me the difference. I am extremely happy that I called Brown Chimney and would recommend Moe to everyone I know. Thank you

I called Brown Chimney to check out my 35+ year old chimney and give it a sweep. They arranged a time within the week, inspected it and gave me pictures and a description of its current state with recommendations for fixes (some water leaking into chimney from top). They were able to perform the sweep and fixes the same day, with a quick follow up a few days later. Their employees were respectful and helpful through the whole process. I feel confident to use the wood fireplace again and am happy my hole is in better shape with their help.
