Kitchen staff is horrible!! Ordered food @5:10 and it took over 1/2 hour for the 1st half of my order. An hour later I still didn't receive my order. Went to check on my order and found out that they never made it. It took a total of one hour and 45 minutes to get my chicken strips. This is completely unacceptable and happens often.

Want somewhere to just do a fun family outing. We walked in went to the desk..waited at least 5 minutes before someone walked out of the office to greet us. Was super nice we paid for two games , we got shoes we got our lane. They have QR code on the table to order food and drinks. We ordered a a pitcher of pop and a pretzel it took possibly 25 mins to get and I walked down there 3 times. Then we ordered a few other things they never got the order!! In the meantime we are in the middle of a game and our lane shuts off. Had to go up to the counter to ask for them to turn it back on. We were at the end of the second game the last player had half the frame left and the lane shut off again. We definitely won’t be back.

Great experience. I work with a mentoring program, so I was able to take several of my kids there on different occasions for the Kids Bowl Free program. Staff was super friendly. Manager from the kitchen actually came over and acknowledged our kids on their great behavior. We will be back!

Excellent service, professional and friendly staff. We have had a few parties here (graduations/birthdays) and management was excellent to work with. Great center for leagues too!!

Jaime was awesome. Everyone at Bowl 1 are fantastic, love the glow bowl! Reminds me of tmback in the day. Everyone should come up! Good times great vibes.

Visited on a Friday evening for cosmic bowling. Management was friendly when paying for a lane. Let us know the kitchen and bar were open, and told us some more info. Expected it to be busy so we got there before 7pm. It didn’t seem busy, but everyone was bowling right next to each other. Felt more like a Monday night and not a Friday. We ordered food via the QR codes on the table. They had some issues with their online ordering system and lack of communication between the kitchen and management. Food was meh, tad pricey for what it was. Last call for drinks was 9:15, maybe 2 other lanes were bowling. Overall the vibes felt off. Maybe it was just a slow night.

The one and only beautiful Miss Jamie was incredible!!!! My family came super late and yet she was incredibly kind and patient with what we asked..I highly recommend if you come here to see Miss Jamie at the bar....just an amazing human!!!

I was sitting at a table and the manager asked me to leave. I've stopped in a few times to grab a beer while waiting for my boyfriend, but no one was working the bar today or else I would have been a "paying customer"
Don't see what the big deal was as there was literally NO ONE else there. Not a single lane was being used, so whatever. Guess I'll find somewhere else to go after work. Wouldn't recommend coming here, the manager kinda sucks.
