I recently needed to get wrist braces for myself & a knee brace for my wife.
Amy at the Troy location on Rochester Rd. was super helpful.
We also inquired about some Lift Chairs, which we might purchase in the near future and Amy was very helpful in explaining the functions.
No pressure sales talk. She was very knowledgeable about all the equipment.
I would highly recommend this location. Be sure to ask for Amy, for the best service.

Worst place to do business with, been trying to get a wheelchair for several days now. No one even answers the phone, it goes on hold saying it will be answered soon but it never is connected to anyone. When I first visited the store, they said they would call me when the insurance paperwork was done, so far no call. Absolutely frustrating place to deal with.

Gentleman who helped my dad and I exchange a CPAP mask he was having trouble with today was THE BEST. Truly wonderful helpful guy. The other staff were welcoming and pleasant as well :)

Bisons has screwed up my diabetic supplies for over a week. My Dr contacted them twice but Binsins still hasnt processed the prescription. When I call I was xfered to their " diabetic" desk. Where the blamrf the Dr and did nothing. Binsons staff outside the store are rude and do nothing. Find another supplier for your needs.

The most dishonest, malorganized company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is atrocious, wait times for phone response are excessively long. Deceit is the hallmark of this company.

Awful awful awful. Can’t begin to tell you about there incompetence. Ordered med supplies, lost my order many times. had to keep calling Dr. lost my insurance information even though I went into the store in Troy to give them
My order from dr and insurance information. Took my insurance info and list that. My concentrator on the blink. No one called me back. And this has been going on for three years. Done

I was at Binsons to get my compression socks and Vera B was very helpful .She was patient and very knowledgeable about her job as she was explaining to me how to put them on and ect .I would definitely would recommend this place to my friends .
