Lyed to me said they didn't make white letter all terrain bf Goodrich said they don't make white letter tires no more well guess what pep boys do/had to order them/I'll be happy to wait

We purchased two sets of Michelin tires from this location within the last eight weeks. One of the tires suddenly blew out on the highway while I was driving with my 4-month-old baby. We did not hit anything and the tire only had 350 miles on it. My husband called the store first thing Monday morning and spoke with Matt, who immediately told us we would need to buy a new tire since I had declined the protection plan. I opted out because I am selling my car soon. He did not offer to inspect the tire, even though the sidewall had blown out while the tread was completely intact. He also said he couldn’t guarantee an appointment that day and that we could only come in and hope they can accommodate us.
I contacted Michelin directly, and they informed me that the store must inspect the tire and then call them to determine whether a discount should be provided. Belle Tire did fit us in the same day, and Michelin offered a 40% discount on their portion of the tire. Belle Tire, however, did not offer any discount themselves. Matt did not give us the 10% discount through Jax Car Wash membership as he said he would that morning.
Throughout the interaction, Matt was condescending, short, and unwilling to answer basic questions about the tire. His only explanations were, “Even a nail could have done it,” and “I can’t help what’s on the road.” I advised that they should have given the tire to me at cost and his response was “you broke even” since Michelin gave me 40% off the tire itself. When asked whether it could be a manufacturing defect, he simply said he couldn’t prove it wasn’t. Overall, the customer service was poor, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude. I recommend going to another location or company.

The older gentleman with the white-reddish hair was very unhappy to have me as a potential customer. I explained that I have a rental vehicle that is used for work and that I rented it from Enterprise. Enterprise told me I needed to take it to Belle Tire or a Firestone for an oil change. I also explained that my schedule doesn’t allow me to drop off the vehicle or wait for three hours because I have no one to pick me up and I’m from out of town for work. After explaining the situation, the gentleman said I was unable to make an appointment and told me, “that’s a you problem.” I agree that it was a me problem, and the solution was Firestone. As soon as I pulled out of the Belle Tire parking lot, I pulled into the 7-Eleven nearby and called Firestone. From the moment they answered, it was a breath of fresh air and a complete contrast to what I had just experienced. I was able to make an appointment there and get right in and out. Moreover, the customer service was impeccable. Don’t walk, run to Firestone; or, at the very least, go somewhere else. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE! They don't want it anyway. . .

The service tech was very pleasant, and listened to my concerns regarding having a nail in my tire. He offered the same replacement tire with installation at an acceptable rate. My only negative was that upon pickup, the installers didn't check the pressure of my other tires, and didn't add air.

2016 jeep Cherokee They put 260’s on passenger side and 265’s on the drivers side the jeeps drive axles were thrown off by this and caused extensive damage to the vehicle, brought it in several times they could not figure out what the problem was. This place should not be allowed to do business do not go here

They did good work on my car. But, take your valuables out of your mobile. I went for service, and they took all of my cds out of my car. I didn't appreciate that.

Belle Tire is consistently great. Customer experience is wonderful - from filling my tires for free when they're low to installing 4 new tires today. Brandon, in Troy, was fabulous!

Awesome experience. I was quoted 3 hour wait and walked out in one and a half! Had my valve stem go out and they simply repaired it for me! I was quoted all kinds of numbers by other shops. This experience built a good trust and I will be back here in the future!

What customer service! Took my car right in and fixed the tire that just picked up a nail. No charge! I'm back on the road without having to deal with a flat tire or tow truck. I'll be coming back here for sure.

Came in unannounced with 4 tires in need of replacement, John fit me in, got the tires I wanted in less than an hour, and got the work done while I worked from the comfortable waiting area with coffee and wifi.
My car was inspected and there were no surprise fees. I’ll be back the next time I need service!

I called Belle Tire and spoke to Matt who really took his time to talk about potential new tires for my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, patient and once I decided on the tires, he was able to schedule me the next day-- impressive customer service! I also needed an alignment and the cost was reasonable. As I drove home after getting my car back within the promised time, it felt like I was driving a brand new car! I can't remember my car ever gripping the road so well (was pouring rain) and not having to keep adjusting the wheel because it stayed straight ahead. You will not find a more reasonable price and sales personnel like Matt and Jon who put the customer first. Thank you Belle Tire, I wholeheartedly recommend to you to all!!! Patty
