I stopped at Belle Tire today because all 4 of my tires read low pressure. The person at the counter was rude as he ordered me to the back of the store where free air and someone would be able to help me. I pulled around and waited my turn for air, nervous that all 4 tires were low. A very nice Belle Tire employee came back and apologized for the rude reception. I said thank you. The Belle Tire tech that filled my tires was especially sweet. Despite the rude reception, I would return because of the other two staff members that did an excellent job for the customer.

Caution: Get a Second Opinion on Repairs at Belle Tire
I recommend only using Belle Tire for basic services like installing new tires. Be cautious and always get a second opinion for any other repairs they suggest.
I recently had an experience where they told me my vehicle needed a front-end alignment/ tie rod. While I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and usually trust them, something felt off. The person on the phone seemed suspicious, but I decided to go ahead with the repair. Five minutes later, I called back to say I wanted to get a second opinion, but they told me it was too late—the repair had already been completed, even though my car wasn’t actually ready until the next day.
When I spoke to the manager about this, he simply nodded, offering no apology or explanation. It was clear he had no issue with how the situation was handled.
If you have a trusted mechanic, I strongly recommend relying on them for repairs. Don't take repairs at Belle Tire at face value without verifying them elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Brough my car in on a warranty issue which they were only partially going to honor, but I was still going to be charged over $1,200 dollars. Ended up buying my own tires and they charged me $60 a tire to install and $250 for an alignment and they didn’t even honor their one year warranty on it, even though it’s advertised all over their store with one year warranty. Bottom line is, they will find a way to rip you off!

While my appointment was only to rotate my tires, a free service when purchasing tires from Belle Tire, I asked them to check to see if I needed brakes on my 2016 Toyota as well as if they could put on my newly purchased windshield wipers. All was done at no charge and I was told my brakes "looked just fine". Same great service and helpful store for the past 20 years.

Had a leak in my tire and they wouldn't help me. I bought my tires there! Called three other BTs and every single one said leaks are always fixed same
day. What horrible customer service Troy. I drove all the way to Commerce and had to fill up my tire 3 times on the way. I would buy my tires at any of the other locations! Amazing customer service at Commerce, Novi and Farmington. I'll buy my next tires at a location that helps their customers in need.

Do not recommend, brought my car in (working great) for an alignment and left with it "broken". My car was wobbling all over the road and unsafe to drive. They told me I had installed my front suspension incorrectly. A week later I took it to a reputable mechanic and it turns out that every bolt on the suspension has been loosened to the point of barely being together. Luckily a cheap fix. I'm not going to say these guys messed up my suspension, but prior to taking it in all bolts were tightened. DO NOT GO HERE.

The manager in the store tries to upsell you on everything. He told me my alignment was messed up. Nothings wrong with my alignment and was just kind of rude. He told me When am I gonna change the front tires when I only wanted two. Asked me if I bought or leased my vehicle which is nobody’s business. Not bringing my truck back.

I went to Belle Tire in Troy, MI. They were professional and communicated well with me. They were apologetic up front for the wait, explaining how many customers were in front of me on a busy Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised when they got me in and out quicker than expected since I needed new tires.
Rob was my rep and he was great.
