Scotty at the Troy location is a pure gem! His singular focus is customer service, something that is sorely lacking in today’s world of big box and online retailers. My 12 year old Miele S6270 finally needed some service, and he personally performed the work in less than a day! Wow! He’s a keeper, if you want 1st class service go see Scotty at the Troy location!

As we know David vacuums and Oreck stores is no longer in Michigan. I called a couple banks locations and none of the managers wanted to honor my tuneups. I have a David vacuum T21 model with 21 free tuneups and the only thing they wanted to do was a inspection and charge me for the actual tuneup 100 dollars even though the agreement with Banks and David/Oreck is suppose to be the actual tuneup. I came across banks vacuum in Troy off Rochester Rd and the manager SCOTT honored my tuneup and put me in the computer for the remainder of them and even threw in the bag for me!! Scott is a GREAT manager and has been doing this for 36 years and knows the business very well and when he says he's gonna do something he does is and is a right to the point type of guy. He is the only one now I trust with my vacuum and will take it to. If anyone else has a Oreck or David take it to this location and ask for Scott!! I will definitely be buying future vacuums from this location and sending people there as well if there looking for one. My vacuum looks great and brand new again as if I just bought it all over again!! Thanks again Scott and you are a man of your word!! ?

So nice to have help making my bang-for-the-buck decision on a new vacuum. Love the knowledge and personal service Scott gave us, as opposed to buying blindly online. Great customer service, and if there’s an issue, easy recourse in person. Feel good about supporting local business, too.

I dropped off my rainbow vacuum for a tune up. The sales man,Mike pekarek, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Upon picking up the vacuum he once again was professional and explained what was worked on and replaced. The vacuum was cleaned and looked great. In February I was back in the store to make a purchase and Tim Kellogg was very helpful. I definitely recommend bank’s vacuum store. It is a pleasure to do business with friendly and knowledgeable people.

My husband and I came to this store to get a new stick cordless vacuum after our first one broke. Everyone in the store, Sherri, Mike, and Scott were amazing and super helpful.We left with a miele stick cordless vacuum and a Nellie electric mop for our tile floors. Before we left Scott showed us how to get the hair out of the miele vacuum which is rly good since the hair I shed will likely tangle up easily ?Thank you guys, we'll definitely be back if we have any other questions or issues!

This place is really impressive actually. Huge selection of new vacuums and related products. They have a price guarantee that I must say, is pretty awesome and the fact that they actually repair and service machines there is awesome too. I had a clog in my vacuum and they took care of it at no charge while I waited because I purchased the machine from Bank's :)It's also refreshing to see the folks working there really enjoy helping customers and each other!

Banks Vacuum is the only place to go for purchase and repairs. My vacuum hose broke last week. My husband recommended we just buy a new one online, but I wanted to see if Banks’s was able to repair it. Not only could they help,but because I bought the vacuum from Banks Scott was able to see it was under warranty, and was able to give me a free one. He saved me over $250!!

I have been a Bank’s customer for 20 years and have always had great service. In 2003, upon their recommendation, we purchased out first vacuum from them. It was a bit more than we had intended to spend, but we trusted their expertise. Over the years, we have had to periodically take it in for service, but it is still going strong! They have won my trust. Yesterday, I needed to replace a stick vacuum, and I went to them for recommendations. Yet again, I was not disappointed. I happened to arrive at the same time as the owner and he kindly answered all of my questions, showed me the pros and cons of different models and I left with a purchase I am very pleased with.
