Josh W(M)?. The best tow experience with Josh. He asked me to climb into the tow truck where it was safer because I was broke down on the freeway. Josh is so brave and he gote hooked up in less than 10min. He had a tow buddy in another truck to cover him from the back while he got the car hooked up to go. Great Job Josh!!!

I couldn't be more happy with the service and care I was given when trying to get an old family truck back on the road that had been sitting for over 5 years. I live 700+ miles away but was taken care of like a close friend. They towed it in and preformed a very through inspection of the truck, which had a bad fuel leak, fixed the leak and the other items necessary to get it back on the road, and held to their promise on pricing, even when it came out in my favor. I wish there was a shop like this in my town. I would recommend them to anyone for any service. Very knowledgeable great mechanics. Thank you Crew and Staff. They even pressure washed it to get the years of crud off of it from sitting under a tree.

Very seldom do you ever get the professionalism and the courtesy of an auto mechanic such as troy auto.
Troy Auto center was efficiently able to diagnose my Ford diesel, order parts and get the repair completed within a timely manner. Staying in contact 100% of the time I was fully aware of what was being completed and the approximate cost before repairs were done.
I decided to send my truck here for the following reasons..
1. Troy Auto also has a towing service so you don't need to hire it out. Their towing service was very affordable and no problems in picking up my vehicle.
2. Multiple locations ensure that if one spot's not busy, they can send it to another and have your vehicle repaired efficiently.
3. After talking on the phone, their customer service is top notch.
4. Napa parts they use are warrantied anywhere in North America.
5. Speed of which the repairs were completed, although this one is up for the time of day and generally how busy they are, my experience the speed was extremely quick.
