While the furniture is nice looking, the trade sales process is extremely clunky and I had a horrible customer service experience working with this Troy, Michigan store, in particular. They mistakenly delivered two lamp shades instead of a lamp base and lamp shade (what I ordered). Then, I was told that I would get a free white glove delivery to my Client's home because they messed up the order/ delivery and the lamp missed our project's installation. Instead, they shipped a new lamp shade and base via UPS and did not stop shipment when I found this out. Their store manager sounds like a real diva who does not understand how to deal with issues like this professionally, and did not stop the UPS delivery or honor the free white glove delivery that another employee, Sarah, had said they could get us.
Will not be using Arhaus any time soon.

Nice furniture. HOWEVER once you own that furniture, customer service sucks. Repairs do not exist. I have had 2 repair inspections not showing up. Waited months to even have an appointment. Quality sucks. Customer service sucks. I spent almost 150 thousand In furniture. This is un acceptable. Not to mention I have waited 2 times a 4 hour window frame for no show and a technician to call and say an additional 2 hours or more if he even arrives. People have jobs too......restoration hardware blows arhaus put of the water . Especially w customer service!

As a local designer, I have developed a fantastic relationship with this team. They are kind, responsive and have delivered excellent service to me and my clients over the years. Arhaus product is one of my favorite go-to's for American Made upholstery that is accessible for homeowners to sample in-store and order with confidence that they are investing in pieces made to last. They also have my favorite selection of performance and Crypton fabrics- a must for many families with kids and pets. And of course their casegoods are stunning and make it easy to specify beautiful furnishings in my projects. Thank You, Arhaus Somerset!

Bad service, I’ve been waiting For my delivery all day then I got a call from the company saying that they have to reschedule it. Worst company ever and very rude, don’t advise to deal with them

Scheduling for shipping has been absolutely horrible. Extra star for the home delivery shipping - that wasn't an issue.

Came in the store (1:55 on aMonday) prepared to buy a couch. Multiple women hanging out at the front counter. No one assisted me or even greeted me. I even made eye contact with one of the women. I then left. As I was walking out, I noticed a couple coming in who received different treatment. I work from home, so I was wearing a jogging suit. Not sure if it was because I’m black or was wearing a jogging suit or both. Regardless I drove to RH and spent $20k there. Cant wait to get my furniture.

My husband and I decided it was time to refresh our family room decor. Kristin was fantastic to work with. She took a lot of time to show me different options. She was also very accommodating in making sure we got the best price possible. We are thrilled with our new space and grateful to Kristin and Stacy for all they did for us along the way.

Horrible customer service. My husband Brian and I walked into the store with our daughter. We are moving and we are looking at new furniture for our abode. Mind you, I am an African American, as is my husband and daughter. There were multiple white teenagers and adults in the store, roaming freely. However, when my husband and I walked in, one of the ladies asked us to leave because they were starting some "event." Now, this would not be a problem to me, but the white couples who walked in after us were not told this same message, nor was anything about an event posted. I will not return here, and I don't think you should either. Not calling the company racist, but these employees sure are.

They don't even deserve not even 1 star! Think twice before ordering anything from them. When you're charging top dollar for your furniture you would think the service would match their price tag...that's not the case here! When I called corporate I spoke to a lady that was so helpful and asked me to send pics of the item I was having an issue with and made it seem like she was going to take care of the issue. A week goes by and I haven't heard back so I call again and spoke to a woman that gave me the worse attitude, wow talk about not having an ounce of customer service skills! I will never shop here again and I will make sure to let anyone I know to take their business to a company that deserves and appreciates it! Thanks for letting me regret my purchase with you!Update- Barbara from the corporate office reached out to me right away and resolved this professionally. I appreciate her taking care of this so quickly.

Last week I entered the store ready to purchase 3 Aimee barstools for my kitchen island. I have been a car holder with Arhaus since 2011 from when I resided in Georgia (often shopped at the Phipps location). There were 4 women at the front counter. 3 were sitting on barstools having a conversation and 1 looked to be doing paperwork on the 4th barstool. No one acknowledged me; NO ONE. I don’t know if they felt as if I wasn’t going to purchase anything or if I couldn’t “afford it”, but it didn’t feel good at all. I walked the entire store hoping someone would get up and come speak, but that never happened. I rarely come to this location, probably won’t visit again. Awful experience
