I was greatly disappointed to see that your fabulous housewares section was decimated to accommodate your new bridal section. Between closing the store in Birmingham and this new set up at Somerset, you have done your loyal clientele a disservice.

I recently visited this Anthropologie location in search of a bridal dress and had the absolute pleasure of working with Rahni. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. She took her time to understand my vision, carefully selecting dresses that matched my style while also introducing me to options I might not have considered. One of those suggestions turned out to be the dress of my dreams, something I would never have picked on my own. Her expertise, attention to detail, and intuition are truly remarkable. Thanks to Rahni, I found a gown that makes me feel beautiful and confident, and I will always be grateful for that experience. I cannot wait to return to this location and hope Rahni knows the difference she made in such a special moment of my life.

We had a wonderful experience shopping for a wedding gown. There was a beautiful selection of many styles of gowns. Danielle was incredibly helpful, listened closely to what we wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions. She spent a lot of time and we never felt rushed as well. Thank you for a memorable time at Anthropologie!!!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. The team at somerset took such amazing care of me. My wedding dress was ruined a week before my wedding and these ladies got me a new dress and treated me so well. Anthro has a life long customer out of me!

My mom, sister, my best friend, and I came with here to try on wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding. Finding availability for an appointment quickly was easy and there was no deposit to book which was a bonus! When we checked in and we were shown to our room where we met our bridal stylist, Grace. When booking, they ask you to provide your top favorite gowns on their website for them to pull for you but they also give you time to look at their entire selection at your appointment in case any spark your interest in person! I really appreciated this, because a lot of bigger bridal boutiques will take your vision and pull dresses for you, but I'm a control freak, so I loved getting to pick my own. My entire appointment was 1 hour and 45 minutes, and it was amazing from start to finish. Every staff member in the bridal area made me feel so special. Grace was exceptionally wonderful! She was fun, kind, trustworthy, and captured my style and vision perfectly. She styled me head to toe, and I purchased my gown, veil, and accessories based on her recommendations! I would highly recommend any upcoming bride to visit, and of course ask for Grace!

The staff prior to moving to the north side of somerset was so amazing. The staff on the north side is 50/50. Some are nice and some just full of attitude with zero willingness to help or show any courtesy. This was my favorite store but with this kind of staff i am not sure i feel valued at this store. Birmingham one closed as well!!!

Rahni from the Anthropology Wedding department went above and beyond to help me get my dream dress. During my appointment, she made the experience so fun, and made me so comfortable. After my appointment, I was able to text her with questions. She was so helpful and responsive, giving me all types of wedding advice. At no point did I feel pressured. She gave me the absolute best wedding dress shopping experience ever. Thank you, Rahni!!!

Such a great experience wedding dress shopping here. Aleks was extremely helpful, organized and patient. Their wedding dresses are beautiful and such great value. Would recommend to anyone.

I walked into Anthropologie today, so excited to try on wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding. I was turned away because I “didn’t have an appointment” but was welcome to try on other dresses, from the same store in the same fitting room area? There were several store employees just standing around. There is no reason on earth I should have been turned away but still told I could try on other dresses. Not only will I not be purchasing my wedding dress from Anthropologie, I will never be making purchase from this store again. Hugely disappointing as a long time customer.

The store was moved from the south mall to the north mall (beside Nordstrom 1st floor, but it was not updated in google maps. I wasted time and energy to search for the real location. The store has some really cute stuff to look at and also a bridal section!

Went in, for the first time ever with my wife. She really likes this store. According to her, she always finds something worth buying in there.What I like about it is the way the space is organized. Not overwhelmingly stocked with rows and shelves of clothing, but whatever is presented for the customer is worth considering.While she was trying out different outfits, I found a few really cool wine and cocktail glasses. There were several different candleholders that looked pretty good.Also, the selection of scented candles was pretty extensive, and some of them, quite interesting.For a store that doesn't cater to men, I didn't feel bored waiting for my wife.

This is the 2nd time now that I have wasted my time by coming to this store during what is listed online as “open hours” only for the store to be closed. It’s extremely inconvenient to find downtown Birmingham parking, lug my toddler in and out of their car seat, walk to the store, and then find that it’s closed. This is unacceptable.
