My favorite store at somerset mall hands down. The clothes are not only cute but SO unique! They have reasonable prices for the quality of pieces you are buying. I am always treated like a Princess when I walk in. Veronica and Brittany are usually there to ensure I have a phenomenal experience!

Such awful and disrespectful online service. I'm due a $477 refund since June 6. i have a return received confirmation. I've contacted their powerless "concierge" who corporate WON'T RESPOND TO ( she and I are on a first name basis). I won't give up- NOT for $477!! I've taken this up with VISA and PAYPAL with no satisfaction yet. BEWARE of ANNE FONTAINE ONLINE. (P.S. local stores won't accept returns on items they don't stock.). YUCK. Robbery and dishonesty.

This place lacks good management skills as well as integrity. They play with employees emotions and fire them on the spot with no intentions. They have a hard time retaining employees. I’m disappointed to see this in the fashion industry.

Poor quality product. Anne Fontaine’s international delivery model is extremely dated and doesn’t compete with comparable retailers.
