Its a manufacturing facility. Loading and unloading can be akward because it is in a crammed location. The people in shipping and receiving are friendly and helpful though. The place can be easy to miss even with a GPS. Pay close attention and slow down ahead of time and look for the sign because while visable it is somewhat obscure. If you miss it it's a real pain to turn around to get back to it in this busy area.
