Made an order online at the store, the lady told me it arrives within 3-5 days it’s been one month I haven’t received my package or my order number in my email. I called the store again to check in with them she says I can’t do anything without the order number. Waste of money i guess….

Yesterday, I visited Aldo and left feeling quite let down. I frequently shop at this location, and every time I go, everyone greets me and asks if I needed help however, when I went yesterday, the store was completely empty, and the only employee there was a white woman with long black hair. She didn't say hello or ask if I needed assistance! That's really disappointing because if she was busy I would say it’s fine but when your not working you should be talking with customers to encourage them to make purchases. This is not how you should treat a customer. The first thing we do when greeting customers at the retail location where I work is to make them feel welcome.

I purchased a pair of shoes from here I never wore the shoes outside of trying them on in the store. I wanted to return them and I was within my return period. I purchased the shoes as I returned them in the same condition. They told me they couldn’t return them because they “had creases in them” and there was no way they sold them to me like that. The customer service is horrible. They offered 0 solutions and the in store rep was very rude and was of no help. I’ve never ever been denied a return of a item in the same condition I purchased them. This store and company will never have my buisness again. Go to Macy’s or Nordstrom!

I am a man. I came to Aldo after trying on shoes at DSW Shoe warehouse, Macy's, and Nordstrom's. My expectations were low and Aldo's selection seemed low. I needed something I can wear to my cousins wedding. I almost liked a pair of Vince Camuto's I saw at DSW, but they creased badly when I walked, the crease digging into my foot when I walked. Macy's didn't have anything appealing in my size (9, average width) that fit me well. I almost liked a pair of Ecco's I tried on at Nordstrom's, but the top of the side of the shoe chafed uncomfortably against my ankle. I had the same problem with the low-cut shoes I tried on at Aldo. Then I tried on the high top/ boot style with no seems or cap toe shoe, the label on the box says Seamos SKU 16088484, I don't know if that's a model number. They fit surprisingly well, no painful creasing, no chafing against my ankle. I bought them. It was $174.90 including tax well spent. Catherine, the Lady employing handling me, on 8/19/2021 was pleasant too.
