Originally we called triple A and they had us waiting for 4 hours for a tow, we called them and said it would be another 2 hours. So we we called A&M and they came within 20 minutes. And it was very affordable and fast.

Friendly, quick, and helpful. The phone operator was very kind and worked well with myself and the driver trying to find my place. From the time I called to the time he got there was maybe 10 minutes. Paul was the driver and he was lighthearted got my car to move and offered to follow me to the service garage to make sure it was all okay. This will be my place to call heaven forbid anything else is to happen. Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful!

We were stuck on a curb/ditch on a snowy evening. We called, they took our info and told us it would be 45 minutes. Got us right out. John was very kind and speedy- even told us most insurance would reimburse for 1 tow a year. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!Service: Car towing

We called for a basic service, i swerved to avoid an accident and ended up going off the road and into a ditch. I drive a Prius and it was a tiny ditch, no big deal, I was just stuck in the mud and needed a small pull. My car is a company car, so I asked if my boss could call and pay for it over the phone IN ADVANCE….this is because our payroll is located in Florida. They would not help us because they said the person needed to be there in person to pay. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Got into an accident the secretary/dispatch for all locations did not have me sign the proper form nor do anything to prepare for my insurance companies pick up then doesn't have a full name or number for me to call so progressive can get my vehicle as she mentioned nothing when the rep was on the phone regarding the yard closing time.Service: Local hauling
