The guy that works night shift very rude. I usually just let it go but can’t this time. He NEEDS to learn how to greet and help a customer. I went bought some stuff and asked if I can pay through 7-eleven balance. He kept saying Apple Pay. I was like I wanna pay with the 7eleven gift card balance. And then rudely ask me to show barcode I couldn’t find the option so I asked him he said he doesn’t know so I paid with Apple Pay. And asked him you’re working here and don’t know how to operate an app of your store. He’s like I don’t know and left and then I was leaving and he’s like “ get out of here.” I don’t know why the corporate isn’t taking any action. So many reviews related to this guy are posted still nothing. Won’t be returning

The man working the register literally yelled at me for asking a question, then justified it by saying he has to deal with doordashes and he hates it and his boss hates it and he doesn’t care. Would love if the owner could handle him, because he’s always unpleasant but this was ridiculous and terrifying how unhinged he was

Random walk in, and super sketchy experience. And to top it off I wanted to get a 5$ scratcher and according to the register clerk, you can only purchase scratchers with cash. Who holds cash? I even asked if I can pay with my debit card and they said no strictly cash.
We have all purchased scratchers with our credit and debit cards. This just seems to be very strange. I’m sure they’re trying to not report something…

You person at the store just threw off the coffee flavor which I liked and didn't even had a refill for that flavor. Not even sure why he threw away the coffee because there was some in the container for at least one cup of coffee.

On Sunday November 3rd 2024 I experienced a very uncomfortable experience with the night clerk that works
there most nights.I think this guy is a racist and will be filling a report with the the Michigan attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.This guy is very rude and should not be representing or employed at any 7-Eleven.

The guy behind the counter was so nice. There was some food I wanted to buy but he said it was hours old and no good. But when I insisted I wanted to buy it he just gave it to me

The older gentleman at night time screamed at me because I told him I was there for a doordash order, while I understand that he just received the order I was not trying to rush him I was just letting him know that I was there.
